We spent a wonderful holiday here as a family. The house was clean and fully equipped and has a nice terrace The location is central in the village with everything within walking distance. Both Caterine and Francesco are friendly and helpful. In short: highly recommended!

Well located close to the middle of town

Very nice and cozy apartment with excellent location in Forio downtown. There is a large balcony, well equipped kitchen, lot of space. Situated in downtown, in a quiet area (just short walk from the main street). Authentic Italian living in the area where you can feel local lifestyle. Newly renovated and in a very good condition. Superb stay for families. Definitely recommend and 100% plan to come back here.

Excellent location in Forio to experience local life and also have access to transportation all over Ischia. Comfy beds and linens, wonderful terrace.

Clean and beautiful

Loved the feel of the space and the terrace. We ate on the terrace every day. It was plenty big for our family of seven (having two bathrooms/showers was perfect). Having a washer was great as well and the location is close to buses and ferries, besides beaches, restaurants and markets.

Lots of stairs. Was fine for us really, but mobility limited guests will struggle.

INCREDIBLE family home in Forio! The best part of the island for sunsets and local charm. Easy walk to the Piazza, all the shops and cafes. Quick zip to Negombo and the BEST beaches. Lovely in-town local feel, fabulous outdoor space and beautiful interiors. Fully stocked kitchen, great for our family, I wouldn’t change a thing!
