Nice location - close to beach and to city center. Supermarket near by.

The host was super friendly, accommodating, and informative. Early check in was available after our flight. The courtyard is super nice for enjoying time outside. Big mini fridge for keeping groceries. Comfy bed. New and spacious bathroom.

It’s a bit far from the city center (20-30 minutes) but there is a bus that runs directly from the apartment to the central train station.

Very clean space, comfortable room with towels , bedding, basic cosmetics, hairdryer and cooking utensils. Adriano is extremely friendly and helpful host! Perfect place to stay for a few days, close to the beach and shops. Easy to reach to the train station (15mins) and bus station to the center (1-2mins). Highly recommend!

Inner terrace is really nice, room was exceptionally clean, close to bus stop, beach and local groceries stores.

Owners very nice and helpful. The apartment was clean. Although we did not have the option with breakfast, but basket full of Italian sweets was waiting for us in the room. Water, juices and milk in the fridge -it's a really nice addition. If one day we want to come back to Bari, they will definitely come to this facility. On the day of departure, it was also possible to leave luggage at the facility to be able to explore the city without them.

The apartment was really homey and clean, and it had everything we needed. Every day, we were given a basket full of snacks and pastries meant for breakfast. The beach is very close and the center easily accessible by bus. The host was very nice and kind enough to pick us up at the airport at midnight and drive us to the apartment for an extra fee. I truly recommend this place to those who want to have easy access to both the beach and the city center.

Welcoming hosts, very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was in our room every day, probably the best accomodation I have stayed at so far.

Air conditioning, breakfast and two sunbeds provided by the hotel - it was very thoughtful and definetely helpful.

very nice and new studio, very clean and comfortable, right near the beach- public or private- the private one has a wonderful restaurant by the sea and a bar. Also, the property offers a private closed parking.

Best location with many local bitches and cheaper bars in comparison to the city centre. Also, I recommend the host Adriano, as a friendly and helpful person.

The location was awful, not enough hot water for 2 showers was told tank too small, wifi kept going, direction to property not very good

Breakfast, location, all the rest is good

Cleaning service. It's good they have it every day but it should be quite and invisible but it was not... First of all it started at 9:20 (when it supposed to happen 10 - 11). There are 3-4 separate rooms so we supposed one lady will clean rooms one by one but no) - last day there were 3 ladies + 2 little babies. We left own kid at home to take a rest not to listen baby cries but babies were not a problem. These 3 ladies were talking among themselves all the time and very loudly... I understand this is Italy and for locals it may be ok but this is a job and it needs to be done quiet. Again it is good they have cleaning service everyday but it would be better if they dont have it at all if it's done that bad.

It’s super close to the beach with sand. The location is small but clean and you have all you need. The staff is very nice. You have a supermaket, pizzerias and a good restaurant nearby.

It’s outside of Bari. You need to take the bus, linea 53, for a ½h.

The hosts are really great - Adriano helped us to reach the apartment since we arrived late and messed up with the airport transfer. The apartment itself is good, there is everything you need for life, except for windows (at least in our room). The hosts knew that I am vegan so they prepared soy milk and musli - which was so kind and sweet of them. The beach is really just two steps away from the apartment, it is free.

Mind that the area overall is not that fancy and all the shops/bars do not work in the late evening. There is a beach umbrella and beach chairs offered - which great, but at least in our room the umbrella was broken and we realized it only at the beach - it was a fiasco to open it in public :DDD but this is a minor thing and was even funny. The room itself is very tiny and you may arrive at a room without windows.

The owner Andriano is one of a kind, hospitable and does his best to accommodate your needs. Suggested great things to do and made our stay that bit more special.
