本身比較喜歡空間亮一點，這裡的房間設計燈光比較沒這麼亮。

The location is so great, especially for travellers taking trains. You can go to this hotel right after you leave the station. And the morning market is just across the street, it is so convenient. And the breakfast, maybe it is the best I had during my whole Japan trip. They have everything!

The property is at the Hakodate JR station, very convenient on a snowy day. Guest can choose their preferred pillow at the lobby. Complimentary coffee is provided on top floor, so we could enjoy a cup of coffee while we enjoyed the snowing view from the top floor full height window.

Really comfortable bed and a spacious room with great facilities; having knee issues and finding the usual shower over the bath set up difficult to access, I really appreciated the walk-in shower; the public baths were fantastic especially the outdoor one. Really conveniently located in the train station building.

駅横で車が入れるか不安もありましたが、施設前に数台の駐車場も完備されていたので助かりました。施設内も大浴場、ラウンジなどを利用できて良かったです。観光地も徒歩で巡ることができました。スタッフの方も快い接客をして頂きありがとうございました。

特にありません。ビジネル、旅行どちらにも適したホテルだと思います。個人的には外で美味しいものを食べすぎてしまい朝食を食べ損ねたのを後悔しています。また行きます！

Super convenient place with everything you would need within the vicinity. I also like that my room was facing the train tracks and I could watch the trains coming and leaving the station.

Great rooftop view and bath facilities - great view from rooms. A stone’s throw away from the station so super convenient for our quick stay and visit to the morning markets. They held our luggage for the next day as well!

The hotel was a few steps from the train station, so it was very easy to get to. The facilities are very modern, they had fresh sushi and sashimi for the breakfast buffet. The onsen was lovely, and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel is right next to the station. The staffs are very polite and helpful, and the room is very clean. We love the dimming light on the bed, which means we could adjust the sleep lighting without feeling too bright or too dark at sleep.

The floor space was a little narrow to fully open the luggages, but other than that the facility was great and the stay was pleasant.

全体的に綺麗で、アメニティもあって良かった

１階に好きな枕を持っていけるブースがありましたが 枕が全く無くて棚がすっからかんだったのが残念でした。

JR函館駅に隣接しており大変便利。 大浴場もあり、同じフロアーに夜景を見ながら寛げる広いスペースあり。 コーヒー飲み放題、ミニ図書館もあり、さりげない工夫を感じさせる趣味の良いホテルでした。 朝食会場のご年配のスタッフさん方がとても感じ良くて、毎朝気持ちよく過ごせました。

チェックイン時のフロント女性の対応が無愛想で残念でした。

A private onsen bath.

Very convenient location right next to the train station, and a short walk away from the tram stop and the morning market. The onsen on the top floor was great and the lounge right outside is a nice place to relax after. Price is very reasonable.
