Very spacious and clean. Great location and price. Comfortable beds, lovely decor.

Second bedroom very hot. Toilet extractor fan not working, not enough toilet paper for 6 nights.

Large airy, well equipped accommodation. Good central position for all amenities.

Nothing that bothered us.

found it dirty, sheets yellowish and not ironed, for 20days stay no cleaning service offered, even when i asked to pay for it, the cleaning lady did not appear at the appointed day and time. Toilet very small and smelly, windows do not isolate street noise, wifi very very weak and in the last 5 days disappeared completely. Good apartment, badly managed.

Overall the apartment was excellent and secure. We got around Nice on foot and by PT so the city centre location was great (10 mins or so from rail, shopping, beach, everything!) but noise from vehicles etc should be expected. WiFi and fibre TV (Netflix etc) are much better than most. The compact kitchen is clean and very well equipped. The grand shower room has all you'll need including an easy to work washing machine. Living/dining room is sizable and looks from a balcony on to a courtyard. There is a small lift to third floor but we preferred to walk the wide, marble staircase. Beds and rooms are comfy.

The loo was a little cramped and I presume the heating is a communal thing as it was uncontrollable. Our stay was over Christmas but often had windows and doors open to cool down (though there is Aircon). Also thin walls so trying to keep two boys quiet was at times difficult..
