Very good location and good value for money.

The hotel is well presented and the room was very clean and comfortable. The owner/manager was very attentive. Breakfast was attractive and nicely prepared. We would recommend this small hotel.

The water is heated by solar panels (a good thing!) But the hot water takes a long time to run through the taps!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff that met all our needs with a smile. It was great that the property had a generator as their were frequent power cuts. We had a night in the Deluxe Room and Superior room. Both were clean and overall were comfortable but the Deluxe room had nicer finishes overall and felt more private. Great security at the hotel.

Lack of privacy in the bathroom of the Superior room. The open concept was a bit too open and the light coming in was intense. Would definitely recommend upgrading to the Deluxe Room which we had on our first night.

Hospitality of staff and attentive. Room should have tea/coffeee powder adequately. Extra set of towels is a must. AC needs gas as the room Ac was not working properly but the staff attended immediately and shifted to another room. BF is delicious but simple.

We booked this hotel for just one night and when we arrived I was really sad that we already had an appointment for the next day. This was the most beautiful hotel on our trip. It´s a small but spacious boutique place with only six room - less rooms for more space. The bathroom was phantastic! You will find a lot of small details in the whole place. Modern rooms with tradional furniture. The whole team is really nice, the guy at the reception was very, very helpful - we had to find a place for a PCR test. Mount Lavinia Beach is just 200m to walk, you´ll find a lot of small cafes and restaurants. Try Sugar Beach and La Langousterie or have a sunset drink at the terasse of the Mount Lavinia Hotel (in the moment it is a quarantine place, but one day it will be open again) for sunset. A great restaurant for dinner in Colombo is Shanmugas (vegetarian Indian cuisine) - a 30min walk at the beach or a very short tuk tuk ride. Or a sunset drink and dinner in the Galle Face Hotel in Colombo. But stay at this place. There is lot to do in this area and you have great rooms in a nice place as base.

Very cute and clean 6-room hotel. Modernly decorated. The hotel is located 1 minute away from the beach, full of beach restaurants and bars. Special thank you to the owner who is very helpful with tips, and accommodating with suitcases for instance. Highly recommended!!

Excellency and helfulness of the owner and staff at all moments, great location of the hotel very near the sea, high class building, garden, atmosphere and interior design, wonderful room with giant bathroom, sea view, comfortable bed and plenty of hospitable details that will make the client experience perfect.

All was above expectations.

The breakfast was very yummy Sri lankan cuisine. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The owner picked us up from the airport which was very kind and drove us straight to the hotel after hours of travelling. The room was very big with a very stylish bathroom. The hotel has very unique features and design details. It is very close to the beach a short walk. You can also visit Colombo city centre either by taxi or tuk tuk around 25 minute drive. The hotel is also close to Mount Lavinia train station where you can get the train south to Galle. Overall wonderful stay would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a luxurious stay. It was expensive but Worth every penny paid. If you have a high budget, can stay here and it is very close by the beach.

The floor was a bit skidding, so be careful.

What a beautiful house. The structure and the design was beautiful. Loved the room with the balcony view and the toilet was amazing as well.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful- i forgot my handbag at a restaurant and they were kind enough to call in advance to ask them to look around for it and set it aside. They also catered to our every other request (late check-out, etc) so we were very pleased with our stay.
