Decent hotel, neat & tidy, the staff was very helpful and friendly, they took care of us very well! They were responsive by email, arranged for us the transfer and special late breakfast, were constantly making sure that we're satisfied!

This hotel has great potentials - it has a central location for business people, with easy access to transportation. It has a great view from the top. It has clean and nice rooms, corridors etc. There is a roof pub, but the place feels deserted.

Breakfast was shown as a buffet - however, the actual breakfast was room-service based with a "western" breakfast that was no good, and a local breakfast which was not really representative of the local type. Breakfast was usually cold when served. Time from ordering to delivery varied, and was even forgotten once, which made me 1 hour late for my business appointments. For business people, WiFi access matters. The WiFi speed was very low, and limited to 500 MB, so I had to use my cell phone with data roaming for business needs. On Saturday I woke up to drum playing outside - not sure if it came from a monastery or similar, but there was a lot of noise at 5 AM in the morning, which was especially annoying when I was still jet-lagged.

Lovely clean and comfortable room. Was able to arrange a late check out due to a late flight home. Rooftop pool is stunning, some sun-loungers would be good! Breakfast automatically served as room service, a lovely touch.

Lack of sun-loungers by pool! Having to come home!
