Everything was great, very clean house and recently renovated. Very spacious for a family of 5! The host was kind and had a full breakfast items ready for use, plus some extra for brunch. We will for sure pick it up again if we visit Ioannina.

The only downside was that you had to wait for the hot water in the shower and when you are more that 2 people it can be tricky

The apartment gives the absolute "like home" feeling to its residents. It's extremely clean, cosy, decorated with good taste and it has everything. In the fully equipped kitchen you can make breakfast or have a snack since toast bread, orange juice, cornflakes, tea bags, yoghurt, bottles of water, etc are already in the fridge and in the kitchen shelves. The bathroom has amenities like shampoos and shower gels, hair dryer, ear cotton cleaners etc. It has its own heating panel. Hot water is provided 24hrs The bedrooms provide spacious closets and comfortable matrices. The leaving room has comfortable furnitures and flat TV. Living room and bedrooms have A/C. There's free wi-fi. Parking space is provided. There's also an elevator which is very convenient for carrying your luggages. The host is friendly, helpful and kind. The neighborhood is close to a park, there's a super market and many stores in walking distance or very close. Points of interest (the lake, museums etc) are easily accessible by car in few minutes.
