There was first a booking level confusion that taxes were subject to, was not mentioned on my booking, but deep down on the email, it was mentioned that room prices were subject to 15% additionals, which was charged to me at the time of check in, so I will be watchful going forward booking with bookingDotCom, or avoid it completely.

The hotel was crowded with too many people, I arrived at 2pm, but I was told check in was at 3pm only, which is understandable, the guy at check in counter was extremely courteous and nice, he accommodated and supporting me with everything, even the check out girl was nice, so I guess humanly interaction was very comfortable.

Room I was upgraded and it was very nice on the 11th floor. Room was cleaned nicely every day Room was stocked well every day Room was spacious and nice

Remote was removed from room after first night Phone next to bed not working Lifts caused major delays due to waiting periods

There was only one lift that appeared to be working and it took several minutes for a lift to be accessible. Most of the time we walked up and down the stairs. The Breakfast was average

The bath in the patrolman is too small and the round hook back of the bathroom was not good, most of things drop down .the 9

Men serving staffs at breakfast counter all were good. We had issues with breakfast as vegetarian Indians we are not used to eating breads & cereals and cold food, one Indian Rajasthani chef happily made idli sambhar for us on request. Room was very clean.

Not recommended for Indians, specially vegetarians. Only continental breakfast was available. As observed, lady staffs at breakfast counter preferred to happily assist guest from certain countries only. Metro connection is on opposite side of the Mall which is a long walk. Waiting time near the elevator is too high, during our 5 daya stay one lift was non functional out of 3. House keeping was ok, they always forget to keep water in the room, extra dental kit n towel for the 3rd person staying with us ( 7yr old)

Hotel check in, we arrived at 2pm and we get our room at 4pm Bathroom need to be upgraded, they need to put separate showers

Room is very spacious, easy accessible location.

Entering bath tub is slightly difficult.

Excellent location. Iftar buffet was excellent.

No shuttle from/to airport.
