The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. I would have preferred a buffet breakfast so that I could have selected what I wanted to eat more precisely, and not be presented with too much food at the table. The coffee was, in my view, not very good -- too weak. When I asked about cappuccino I was told that it would be an extra charge.
My room was too small: there was no space for luggage, so I had to put my suite case on the bed. The space for working -- setting up my computer -- was cramped, with a non-ergonomic chair and not enough legroom: I kept bumping my knees. It is clearly not designed as a real work space, but nowadays so many people travel with laptops. -- In relation to getting hurt in the room: the legs of the bed are positioned just at the edge, so it's far too easy to bump into them and if one is in slippers to bruise one's toes. -- One aspect I did not like but which completely out control for the management: serious construction noises from the building next door -- a problem both for a jet lagged traveller needing to catch up on sleep, and for someone who needs to work in their room. -- My room faced a very narrow courtyard, so I had to keep the curtains closed for reasons of privacy.

The position of the hotel is central to all the major attractions.
We loved the roof top restaurant with the view of the Bosphorus and the really good breakfast loads of variety and a choice of cooked eggs. The staff are so friendly and helpful cannot do enough for you. Good communication with the staff on the front desk
Very small and claustrophobic room with a view of the pipes. Could not unpack all our clothes as nowhere to put them
4.7
Really great hotel. excellent location, very near Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque etc. The staff were really helpful. Good breakfast, no problem accommodating vegetarians. The terrace restaurant gives you a lovely view for breakfast. Room was comfortable with a good shower.
Nothing.

Staff were very welcoming and gave very helpful suggestions and organised a day tour for us. This was worth doing for us as we were a group of four and we did the main historical sites in a day leaving us free to make up our own itineraries doe the rest of the day. The guide can help you jump the queues which are very long but you have to pay your own admission fees on top. Breakfast was excellent and the rooftop dining room with its view of the sea and the ships coming in and out of the harbour is a great way to start the day. Rooms were spacious (we stayed in the deluxe room) and the beds were very comfortable. Hotel is very clean. The location is superb, you are at the Blue mosque, Topkapi Palace and Agia Sofia in minutes and all the other main attractions such as Cisterna Basilica and the Grand Bazaar are also within reasonable walking distance.
The hotel’s location is in a quiet back street which is very calm and peaceful. The street next to it that you often need to walk through is more touristy and a bit pushy in trying to get you to eat, drink or buy. But it was still reasonably friendly and a minor inconvenience for the benefits of staying in the hotel.

Property is simply amazing. location is superb, facilities recently updated with a modern touch with elegance and the entire staff is exceptional. Breakfast is delicious and fresh. Wanted to call out Birol and Tolga for their hospitality.
Rooms are small, but the expertise is such that doesn’t really matter.

Nothing to mention - Istanbul hotel with all the downs of all hotels in the city

Comfortable walking distance from many important places in the old town.
A tad dark inside for my taste.

The location is incredible, very close to a lot of tourist places, incredibly safe, and a really nice neighborhood surrounded by nice restaurants and coffee shops.
The staff at the hotel is very friendly and super helpful. They gave us a lot of help and tips on where to go.
Breakfast is very nice and very filling with an incredible rooftop view.
The hotel also organised a guided tour and a great evening cruise at the Bosphorus which was unforgettable!

beautiful property with great service in the perfect location.

nice location down a quiet street in the main busy area. staff were super friendly and helpful. when we asked to move rooms they accommodated. modern hotel. rooms and facilities were nice. breakfast was OUTSTANDING and on the roof terrace. you don’t even need lunch!
aircon didn’t work in room, which meant it was hot at night and with windows open it could be noisey.
booking a taxi at hotel cost us extra money when we could of picked one up on the street

Lovely hotel with the friendliest staff. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Turkish breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was huge, delicious and different each day. Great work guys! Close to major attractions and many restaurants. Express laundry next door is handy.
Nothing.

Location is fantastic. This charming boutique hotel is in a quiet side street in the heart of Sultanahmet, yet within walking distance to the main central attractions of Istanbul. The room has been refurbished, is very clean and very comfortable to have a good rest and a good night’s sleep. The full turkish breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and served in the hotel’s rooftop terrace, with scenic views. The staff are welcoming, hospital and so helpful.
Nothing to dislike

Location was perfect for seeing the sites on foot, but tucked away in a quiet side street. The room was lovely, when they realised it was my fiancée's birthday they upgraded our room and sent a bottle of bubbly and a platter of fruit to the room. The breakfast was excellent. And all of the staff were so friendly and helpful!, Especially reception
4.7
The location is very strategic. Not too far from museums. The breakfast was nice with view although it was raining and cloudy when we were there. Free water everyday. Also the staff was very friendly and approachable.
The room is too compact, I cannot even open my suitcases :( but great room, great decor. If you stay for more than 3 days, get the bigger room.
4.7
Lovely boutique hotel in the old city of Istanbul. Was a great location for exploring, really close to main attractions and we always felt safe walking around. The room was beautifully decorated and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the Terrace restaurant had lovely views.
There doesn’t seem to be any soundproofing in the Hotel. It didn’t disturb our sleep as we both sleep like the dead but if you are a light sleeper you might not be so lucky. We were on the first floor and could hear conversations at reception downstairs easily.
4.7
The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The location of the hotel is very good, walking distance from the center. The breakfast is delicious, generous, and fulfilling. The staff are all outstanding and going out of their way to make guests happy. I will definitely stay here again.
4.7
Restaurant at Top floor is great.
rooms are a bit cramp.. We were in winters so it was ok
4.7
The staff is definitely the greatest asset! Thanks again for making our stay very nice!
I would also recommend other travellers to try the roof top restaurant!
The hotel is very clean and if you'd like to stay in the heart of Sultanahmet, that's the place to be!
I think breakfast should include cappuccino or latte.
4.7
It was close to Ayia Sofia, the Blue Mosque and the Market (Kapali Carci) and also to some of the oldest hamams. You didn't need any transportation you could just walk. The stuff was very polite and helpfull.
The photos are misleading, the room is smaller than it looks. Also the view from the terrace is limited. You don't have a variety of options in breakfast.
4.7
Staff couldn't be nicer, more helpful and professional. Perfect location for all main attractions. Excellent roof terrace restaurant.
