my room location. There were strong light directly on my window. which is bothering me a lot.

nice hotel for a good price

they stolen my bag it is very valuable lady bags its $1100 and no action taken for3 weeks until today the maneger was waisting time for 7 hours because thy knew that iam leaving at 5 am the biggest matter was no one was charge to help me they playing games and waisting time until my flight time was almost gone for safety do not visit this hotel

The location and the service was perfect. We would like to stay again.

The windows should have been spotlessly clean in order for guests to have better views of the Bosphorus.

It was my nightmare hotel! please it's very important to read it all! We booked 2weeks stay, the 3rd day at 2:30Am some drunk guys knocked on the door real hard but my husband who has a heart problem took his medication and was sleeping I was afraid to wake him up he would have a heart attack or somthing. then they left and came back after 10mins the stupid guy at the reciption gave those drunk guys our key without hesitation instead of going with them or check there room number since they're drunk!!!. so they opend the door on us at 2:45am when they finally noticed its not there room they left .I was terrified. then we went to greece for 5days and we left some luggage there until we come back from greece we opened the luggage they stole a new Dior purse and a new Yves SaintLaurent purse. and a box of turkish delight! when we talked with the reciption guys they said go do a report at the police station we can not help you! the way they reacted to the problem was so strange made us belive that the whole accident was under there supervision %100 we even gave them the amount of money we paid for the purses and the name of the store and phone number they didnot want to call the store or do anything and ofcource they know we're leaving at 4:00am so we left and no body was at the reciption in the morning when we left! like if we stay at a Motel 6 they will be better than this hotel who charged us over $ 3000 for this ugly stay they ruined our trip!!

Beautiful hotel! Beautiful room! Lovely scenery on Bosforus! Comfortable bed. Pleasant and eager to help staff. Transfer easily organized.

Breakfast a la carte, no buffet! not clear what it is. Staff do not speak English well, so some confusion on questions asked. Limited choice of restaurants around.

Very helpful and polite staff. Exceptional view from the bed directly at the sunrise over Bosphorus! Comfy bed. No problem with free car parking - the staff has done it for me well. Nice interiors with a bit of luxury feeling. The noise from the street was not a problem with closed windows and air-condition on.

Quite far from the old town and all sightseeing points of interest, in the evening as good as no chance to get there by car due to heavy traffic, neither metro station in the vicinity. No breakfast buffet, only served breakfast (taking time...), with a very limited choice. The restaurant menu offers as good as no Turkish quisin and is very limited as such. Going to Turkya, I am not keen on eating Italian pasta or Japanese sushi... And, I was little disappointed with the French "balcony" in my room, I thought that I will have a nice seating outside on my own balcony which would be very pleasant in the evening. The room next to me had a normal balcony. I misunderstood the photo of the room on the booking platform - my failure.

Location is marvelous, exactly on the Bosporus. Cozy boutique hotel, very polite staff. Room size is good. Views from the hotel are great.
