Az elhelyezkedés szinte tökéletes! A szálloda színvonala magas! Műszaki Probléma kezelésük hibátlan volt!

A személyzet a medencénèl elég unottak voltak! A lift egyszerűen katasztrófális, egyszer végig vártuk 24 perc volt az érkezése, értelmetlenül túl bonyolított, melyet 90% - ban az idősek nem is értettek!

TODO!!!, sumamente encantada con el hotel el trato del personal , sus instalaciones excelentes, el spa 10€ extra por persona excelente fuimos dos veces y siempre estuvo solo muy tranquilo y limpio, la comida pensión completa merece toda la pena siempre muy satisfecha muy rico la comida variado todos los días , la terraza buenas vistas ahora martes cerrado para la fecha 17/9, el personal de limpieza atento de cambiar toallas y limpiar un poco mientras la estancia , cerca de la playa , de buses y comercio y bares

Great size room. Asked for & received a double bed, which was very comfortable & I wanted to bring my pillow home it was that good! We had a pool view, which was great. The location was good. There are plenty of bars & restaurants around. Easy to catch a bus to other parts of Benidorm & beyond, like Altea & Albir. The room was cleaned every day & clean bedding every other day. We were bed & breakfast. The breakfast food was fantastic. Plenty of choice, including fresh fruits, yoghurt, cheeses, meats. Cooked foods were also available & things like omelettes, pancakes & fried eggs were cooked fresh to order. The pool was clean & there were plenty of beds available. A lovely pool bar too. Prices were more than reasonable for drinks, as we weren't all inclusive. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. There's construction going on at the moment, until 2026. This did not impact on our stay at all, even with it being right outside our balcony! Yes, there was some noise, but not enough that it spoilt my time around the pool. I'm told it will go on until May 2025, break until September, then continue until it should be finished early 2026. The balcony doors are very soundproof & blocked out a lot of noise. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I can't say it's a 'didn't like' but the lifts can be frustrating. You have to make sure your press the floor you're needing to go to & a lift is allocated to you. The only time we struggled to get in a lift (and it was only once in 2 weeks) was around mealtimes, which is obviously a busy time. If you use them as they're meant to be, they're fine. The only other criticism I have is about the rooftop terrace bar. Non residents are allowed to book tables, which meant that on the 1 occasion we went up, which was on my birthday, we couldn't get a seat, and this was at 8pm. The views from there are amazing, but it would have been lovely to have been able to stay up there for a while rather than just being able to take a photograph of the view! We weren't advised that it was probably a good idea to book a table, or we would have done for a special occasion like my birthday.

Pues el tema de piscinas Que ponen la toalla a primera hora Se van de las instalaciones y no se las llevan y las demás personas no nos podemos sentar

Las instalaciones son ideales para viajar en familia y el buffet muy completo.

El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones estaba muy flojito y no se estaba del todo fresquito. Nada más abrir la piscina a las 9.00, la gente iba a dejar su toalla en las hamacas de la piscina (sin estar permitido) y en 5 minutos no había hamacas para tomar el sol.

Desayuno buffet es genial. Personal muy agradable. Las vistas y la ubicación.

La intimidad del baño ya que tiene cristales transparentes. Hay que tener cuidado con la mampara de ducha, se sale facilmente el agua.

Great location > comfortable beds > Nice breakfast. Lifts take some getting use to but ok when you know how.

I ordered two sea facing rooms but we only got one sea facing and another pool facing. We are going back in August and have asked for 2 sea facing rooms so hopefully it will be sorted or and upgrade would be nice.

Spa was very reasonable at €10 although slightly limited on facilities. Food was first class with an excellent choice. Location just 30m from the beach

The lift system could be annoying if you accidentally hit the wrong button.

The hotel looks like new. Very helpful staff, spacious bedroom, very comfortable bed, glorious piscine and solarium. Good location, great food in the buffet for breakfast and lunch at good prices.

The shower door allows water to flow on bathroom floor . From parking to the room you need to take a couple of lift and it takes also a 5 minute walk, but it’s wasn’t a big trouble

I have no complaints the hotel was lovely the food and the choices was so good and the staff very helpful i would recommend this hotel to anyone 😊

As far as im concerned nothing it was our first time at the hotel but it won,t be the last .

Il personale della reception è il ristorante.

Il bagno della camera non era tenuto bene. La pulizia era molto superficiale, e la signora delle pulizie prima dalle 9 erano già venute due volte per cercare di pulire, una di queste ha aperto la porta senza bussare alle 8,30 del mattino. La spa dovrebbe essere inclusa nel prezzo.

The hotel was really lovely, great location, nice room, we had normal bathroom, no glass door as some have mentioned, staff very friendly and efficient , especially the chap on reception We only booked bed and breakfast, we found plenty of choice and the food was hot

The lift system was terrible, you had a pad outside each lift pressed your floor number and it told you lift A, B or C, don’t just get in any lift as it won’t stop on your floor 3 lifts for a massive hotel, one not working so they just couldn’t cope at peak times. Had to walk 7 floors down for breakfast and back up. Same when checking out, had to walk down with bags, one lady who couldn’t walk down told me she had waited an hour. Thank goodness we weren’t on floor 17! It wouldn’t stop me staying again, however would probably ask for a low floor

Clean, nice terrace, secure, ample sized room. Good shower.

Terrace glass terrace "wall" was too low for tall guests. No coffee supplied (apparently intentional, which is a first in my experience of hotels around the world), but 2 types of tea, milk and sugar. I was told I could but coffee at the shop opposite. I wouldn't expect this in a 4 star hotel - perhaps a hostel would not provide tea or coffee. Needs to be fixed.

Helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom. Parking space for loading and unloading luggage. Terrace for smoking.

Terrace wall overlooking the swimming pool is extremely dangerous and far too low. If you walked onto it with wet feet, you could easily fall over it. Totally unsafe.

Everything 😍The hotel, it’s beautiful, staff, so friendly, Cleanliness it’s immaculate, Rooms Restaurant, Food so much to choice from. Facilities, the location What’s not to like at the Port Benidorm definitely give it a 10 out of 10 looking forward to Our next visit

Les chambres mises à disposition pour Booking.com ne correspondent pas à celles vendues sur le site, plus petites et literie non conforme. Au gymnase les appareils ne fonctionnent pas ainsi que les jets au spa payant. Qualité des vins et sangria servis au bar du toit terrasse. Sortie parking payant bloquée par nombreux camions dans la cour. Douche qui fuit sur un sol en mauvais état

It was too small one cubicle for male and female at the pool the pool was over full so it was impossible to swin only to stand in like a tin of sardines nobody got out to use the 🚻 bathrooms as the que was so big and the heat with the sun 🌞 was so hot the pool was used as an human toliet nobody got out 🙄 the food was cold it was like food in a nursing home one member staff doing meat or eggs took ages the lifts where always full 20 minutes we waited I had a twisted knee so did want to walk 8 floors the spa n gym didn't work either pointless going there to be honest was for a date night never again will i be using this hotel again !!
