At airport arrivals it's very far to walk to get the shuttle, it's not a pleasant walk. And it's 15 - 20 min drive to the hotel so it's not exactly an airport hotel.

Huoneen varustus ei vastannut kuvausta. Huone oli pölyinen. Huoneessa oli kolme sänkyä joista yhden patja täysin rikki. Olin varannut huoneen kahdelle parisängyllä. Suihku toimi mutta käsisuihkun johto oli rikki. Vesi lensi mihin sattui. Hinta 160€/yö oli täysin kohtuuton siihen mitä saimme.

The location, the breakfast, the shuttle, the service at the bar, very nice and friendly people.

Disappointed with the wifi in room 214. Of our four devices, only one could maintain connection in the room. The other three would connect as soon as we left there, ie, hallway, lobby, lounge area. We tried this repeatedly, same result.

The shuttle to the airport was easy. The breakfast was easy and quick with a lot of variety.

The AC did not work, the Wi-Fi did not connect. The room kept getting hotter so we opened the windows. They opened only about 5 inches. Then we had to fight the mosquitoes since the were no screens.

The price paid is in no way proportional to the service.Even during the taxi ride from the airport to the hotel you will be ripped off with the knowledge of the hotel. There are two airport hotels with the same name, but they are a 15-minute walk from each other. Although the name of the hotel was shown to the taxi driver, I was taken to the wrong hotel. On the way there I met hotel guests who were also transported by taxi to the wrong hotel. As the employee of the other hotel told me, both hotels know about it, but do not change anything. To the sorrow of the guests who, in addition to the exaggerated room price for the hotel at midnight, have to do an unwanted walk on opaque industrial area from one hotel to another, although they already paid an overpriced taxi price of 21€ for less than 3km.

Accommodation price is in no relation to the service provided. Taxi drivers also rip you off and bring the guest in knowledge of the hotel management to the wrong hotel, as both hotels bear the name Barcelona Airport Hotel.

The location is close to the airport. I chose this hotel only for the sleeping.

The hotel is located at a depopulated and abandoned place. You can feel isolated from the city. The employees at the desk are quite cold to the foreign tourists who would just landed to Spain. I don’t know why a hotel clerk frowned to me because I didn’t get her broken English. The price is very high considering its facilities and staffs. I would consider another hotel at the city center if I visit Barcelona again.

The shuttle service between the airport and the hotel spoils the whole experience. When we arrived at the pickup location the bus was just leaving. We chased it a bit while it started to move, but the driver choose to ignore us. He obviously saw us because we even knocked on a car hull, but he decided to drive away. The next shuttle is in 40 minutes. We took an expensive taco for a 3 minute drive. Next morning the shuttle bus driver refused to load a medium sized golf bag. There was enough stress already to be waking up super early and take the 4AM shuttle, and the driver just added to that. The hotel itself is overpriced for a 6 hours of sleep that some might need in between their connection. I would 100% prefer napping at the terminal next time.

The hotel is very modern, the room was big and exceptionally clean. Staff very welcoming. Very nice breakfast.

The temperature in the room was very high when we arrived, it took a long time to cool down during the night. The toilet flushing was leaking so it was a bit noisy, we had to close the valve to not have the noise of water running during the night.

I loved the design and decor of the hotel! The bed was perfect! I will be back for sure.
