El desayuno y la ubicación es ideal. Fácil acceso caminando a los mejores restaurantes. Resaltó también el trato del personal, muy amables.
El frigobar no funcionaba, las bebidas estaban a temperatura ambiente. Si pudimos pedir hielo.
Mucho ruido de charlas y risas en el pulmón al que daba la ventana.

Such a lovely stay at this hotel. We checked in super early and it was no issue. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us suggestions and recommendations. Breakfast was an added bonus with a good selection. We got a massage and it was great! Rooms were comfortable and great facilities.

Room was very cold. Hotel and room was noisy, could hear creaking from upstairs at all hours.
No complementary water in the bedroom, I was charged for a basic bottle of water.

the room was very ordinary and bed was well used and not very comfortable. Also the pillows were the cheapest of quality and not acceptable. Otherwise, this small hotel was fanstic.

I had a large, superior room and it was a really good size. Everything very clean. Noise levels were good, despite my room being on the street side. The water pressure in the shower was the best of the holiday - awesome! Breakfast was lovely - a good selection of cold cuts, fruit, cakes, yoghurt etc. and then you could choose the type of egg you wanted and what you wanted in them - I had delicious omelettes.
Location was great - you can walk into the centre in about 50 minutes and locally, you are surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants.
Staff are lovely and very helpful - shout out to Ricardo who was very informative and helpful!
Personal preference, the place is what I would call grandma chic so not really my kind of style but my friend loved it - so just depends on your aesthetic! It was still a gorgeous little hotel!

Ricardo , Noelia and all front desk staff and all staff ie housekeeping were personable and efficient. They were very prompt and professional. The pool and patio area is a true gem in the backdrop of the towers.
Some more storage space ie wall hooks, built in shelf, maybe some improvement in the shower and body lotion!

This hotel did not meet my expectations of a "boutique spa" hotel which would be luxury. I had a few issues which I communicated to the hotel and they immediately offered a refund. I believe the true measure of a business is what they do when things go wrong and I appreciate them reaching out to me straight away to make it right. They have taken on board my feedback and will improve communication.
I would like to add that their definition of boutique hotel is in the personal service they provide, not a luxury building. I was only there for 12 hours so I don't know but they have many positive reviews.

We love this hotel! Small, well maintained boutique hotel! Feels very homey. Breakfast was very nice with big variety of food and choices of custom cook omelettes. there is pretty nice SPA and tiny but cute court yard with pool. But the best thing about this hotel its stuff! I wish people like that work everywhere! thank you very much!!!

Become of the heatwave in BA, we had to keep AC 24/7. It was a wall unit blowing directly to the bed! not very comfortable. But I guess it was just our luck

Cute Boutique hotel in old building, with small pool and outside area, nice eating area. Excellent breakfast, omelettes made to order plus good selection of everything including fresh fruit. Location good, about 10 minutes walking to Cool Palermo Soho restaurants/cafes/shop area. Quiet except for Christmas Eve. Staff friendly and helpful. Good AC, fan and opening windows.
Room and bath were quite small, bath needs some maintenance, a bit of rust and mold.

The staff are amazing. Helped us with all our questions, reserving taxis, and we’re so kind each time.
The location is quiet during the day, so for me it was best to head to Recoleta for museums, and spent almost a day at Reserva Ecological for birdwatching. At night the location was great for restaurants/bars and with the World Cup 2022 going on it was such additional fun.
