It’s a charming and clean hotel, that’s right by the water. It’s quiet and comfortable. The staff are kind and accommodating. We loved it. One of our best stays in Istanbul.

It was beautiful. The finishing, the staff, the service. Everything was first class.

The ONLY thing that was terrible was the bed in the front balcony room was ROCK HARD. It made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. We could deal with it being a small double but the mattress was awful. I challenge the manager/owner to go and sleep on it. They would (should) replace it immediately as it really detracted from our otherwise perfect experience.

Location along the Bosphorous was amazing

Staff lacked any hospitality skills and no one really spoke English to handle complaints. I could not switch off the heating in my room.

It is situation in a great location but not worth value for money. There are many other options available with better customer service, therefore do not recommend.

The pictures of the room are deceiving. The room we booked included sea view and the picture showed a good sea view. However, in reality this was not what we received as there was a huge building and only a fraction of the sea view. The picture on booking.com was taken at an angle and was deceiving. We addressed this with the staff but they were not willing to accept this and told us if we didn’t want the room we can leave but will not be refunded. We called booking.com but they were not able to do much. Would definitely not recommend.
