The location was perfect, opposite Company’s Gardens, v close to museums, galleries, restaurants etc. V good value. The staff were welcoming, the place was spotless. The room was large and well equipped.

The bed was a bit hard for our taste and the bathroom was quite cramped, although the shower was excellent.

It was lovely and the service was excellent

I would prefer plugs next to the bed for charging phones ect

Breakfast was fine, location good, and the rooms perfect.

parking on the street even though it looks safe, but i requested parking prior to my arrival, i did not recieve a message informing me that there is no parking onsite, only street parking or the one you need to pay for.

It hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is amazing.

Loved the location and the staff were exceptional, very helpful and trustworthy. My husband accidentally left his wedding ring on the table and we were gone for the whole day. When we came back, the ring was still there. They do provide a good English breakfast as well.

No generator installed, which was annoying during the load shedding periods. The street could be a bit noisy at times with music and people walking, as it is a very central hotel. Booking.com has to update its description as the hotel no longer provides the free shuttle to the V&A Waterfront.

Always our home in the City. Good breakfast, hospitality, location and the team are simply amazing. Every time!

Room was very clean, stuff were so kind and helpfull breakfast was quiet good :)

Hotel has not car park place if you have a car and you have to park your car near car park and for a night you have to pay 85 zar. :(
