The apartment was clean, all appliances were in working order, spacious enough for family of 4, location was fantastic. Beds are comfy.
There is not much we didn’t like, if I was being really picky I would say the shower in the ensuite is a little bit small however there is a second shower to use and the water pressure in the showers was great.

beds were really soft I know some people love this but we both would have preferred a firmer mattress. Although clean on surface apartment could benefit from a deep clean, taps and other areas did not look like that had been cleaned and shined and it was more of a quick clean in between guests.

The Location was great for accessing the subway for sight seeing around Glasgow, and for access to the two main train stations for traveling further afield. Also there are shops and restaurants near by. There is a great view from the Lounge of the River Clyde.
Unfortunately the Location! Directly in front of the apartment block appears to be where the local drug dealer, and his customers congregate during the evening. Subsequently we closed the curtains in the evening instead of enjoying the view!

Great location with fabulous views over the River Clyde. We appreciated the hosts flexibility, and the ease of contact with them regarding the handover of keys when our arrival times kept changing because of train delays.
Absence of on-site re-cycling facilities - although we found some Council banks in nearby Enoch Square. A few more items of crockery would have been useful to enable dishwasher to be used to full capacity.

The apartment is big and location is close to the city center. The view on the river is very nice. Having cooking appliances and coffee maker (with provided coffee pods) was very handy and pleasant.
The last few blocks on the way from the metro station/city center to the apartment are quite unpleasant. But once you pass that, it's ok. The apartment is not that modern as it looks on the photos (but still ok), and the cleaning can be improved.

great location … easy walk to the places we wanted to go … the clothes washer was a nice bonus
If the balcony had been wider, we would have enjoyed sitting outside.
(I gave it an “8”, as there was some wear on the furnishings.)

Loved location firstly apartment is nice and cozy heating was put on for us coming in which was a nice touch lovely staff to meet us on arrival. This was my partners favourite spot close to everything that was needed will be back here again definitely Thankyou Principal Apartments

Perfect location near the centre and the railway station. Rooms very confortable, magnificent view on the Clyde. Kitchen fully equipped. Very warm despite the freezing temperature outside

The property was in a really good location and the view from the apartment was lovely. The apartment was spacious and meant that where was plenty room for the 4 of us.
Being picky, but the pillows are so uncomfortable
