Location was close to everything!

it is very well located and rooms are really comfortable

it seems is a night club near the place, therefore at night there is a lot of noise and loud music

Very clean room. Nice breakfast included.

They allow pets but there is a 300p charge per dog.

It was Excellent service and the food was great location it’s wonderful stuff was wonderful

Great location near the start of the Malecón. Close to many shops and restaurants. Clean facilities, nice pool, good breakfast. A nice place for families. Excellent security for both the guests and the vehicles. Dogs are allowed, we stayed with our large one. We had a balcony facing the pool. We could hear the kids playing but noise stopped at 10 every day. From our room we couldn’t hear any noise from outside the hotel. Staff were great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Location was good. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable maid service was excellent

The pool was being resurfaced while we were there. It would have been nice if someone were to let us know that the pool was not going to be in use during our stay.

The Breakfast was fantastic. The location was a little out of the way. The pool was very nice with the added bonus of a hot tub with jets.

The staff were very unresponsive when we would ask for things like towels after we used ours. we were there for three nights and got almost no service to our room. they came and made the bed only one day and left no clean towels. I had a tour booked for very early in the morning so went to sleep early, just to have a staff member come banging in the door of my room at 10:30 pm to collect the towels that are used for the pool.

at check in the desk staff was very friendly but nobody could speak any English which is a must in a tourist town.

a club next door that played VERY LOUD music til around 2 in the morning and someone had a dog outside across the road that barked all night and day. also no fridge in the room

the beds are too hard and the pillows are extremely big and uncomfortable

The room was clean amd the shower was huge.

The beds were rock hard, and there was literally only 1 sheet on the beds. But there was a band playing very loudly until 3 or 4 am

Used to stay here every year for a few days not anymore the prices have more than doubled!!!!! Definately not worth the $$$$$ there are newer more elegant hotels for far less money.
