La cocina estaba dañada, nos demoramos mucho cocinando por lo mismo

El personal muy amable, sin embargo, hubo un constante mal olor desagüe, no era tan confortable como se ve en las fotos. No lo recomiendo.

El mal olor que hubo, Natalia quien trabaja en el Loft , intentó resolver, ella fue muy amable. Sin embargo, el lugar no es lo que se ve en las fotos.

we stayed in the self contained apartment which is located across the road from the actual hostel. Apartment was really nice and had everything we needed.

My room (Krishna) was absolutely beautiful and so very colorful! The location was also perfect: right in the middle colorful Valpo, with lots of gorgeous street art and murals all around. The WiFi worked well, too. I left my adaptors and power chord in the room and they kept them for me, which was really nice!

The bathroom floor could use a little scrubbing. Note: Be aware that there's a steep flight of stairs. This was not an issue for me, but if you have mobility issues this is something to take into consideration.

Staff helped with the map; were eager to help in case they had the opportunity do this The location is really nice, close to main attractions.

Wi-Fi connection - basically it doesn't work in the private apartment :( The reception is working from 8-15 : it is not convenient if living not in the same building as the reception) and not having a key to enter shared space. Not the average check-in check-out times (check-in starts from 16-00)
