Raňajky boli pestré a neustále dopĺňané, bolo si možné každý deň z čoho vybrať. Každý deň aj čerstvé ovocie, jogurty, syr, arašídové maslo a teplá kuchyňa- omeleta, praženica, párky, slanina, wafle, palacinky. Čistota stolov aj v priestoroch kde sa podávali raňajky bola neustále udržiavaná, personál príjemný a úslužný. Počet miest na raňajky bol dostatočný, nebolo potrebné čakať na ich uvoľnenie. Okolie hotela tiché a bezpečné, v blízkosti viacero staníc metra aj niekoľko atrakcií ako Brooklynský most, One WTC, Trinity church, Wall street burza, World Trade Center, City Hall a iné. Rovnako taktiež viaceré možnosti rýchleho občerstvenia v krátkej vzdialenosti od hotela.

Nepáčila sa mi hlavne čistota izieb a ich upratovanie, doteraz pre mňa najhorší zážitok. V 4-hviezdičkovom hoteli 1x za 10 nocí výmena uterákov a vysypanie košov??? Absurdné!!! Ani v období tesne po COVIDe som sa s niečim takýmto ešte nestretla. Dokonca opakovane vyložené kopcom naplnené smetné koše vyložené pred izbami ako aj hostí, ktorí si vynášajú sami koše... čo výrazne znížilo celkovú kvalitu a moje hodnotenie ubytovania.

It is a great location, with the Metro station reachable in less than 5' by foot. The room was clean and silent, bed was very comfortable. You can walk directly to the 9.11 museum and other interesting places. There are plenty of restaurants and Diners nearby.

Breakfast was good, but you have to arrive early if you want to be sure you find everything. Hot meals are not refilled as needed.

De kamer was super. Heel groot voor NY begrippen. Schoon en gewoon nette meubels. Geen oude versleten meubels zoals ik zo vaak tegenkwam in NY(vaak zelfs dure hotels). De buurt was rustig en ik voelde mij veilig, omdat je in een buurt zit waar er heel veel politie/beveiliging zit ivm WTC etc. Op loopafstand naar de Brooklyn Bridge, helicopter platformen(als je wil gaan vliegen). South Ferry(als je die wil gebruiken om langs Statue of Liberty wil varen(gratis). En ook redelijke loopafstand naar China town/Soho/Little Italy. Heel veel in de buurt. De kamer was net een kleine studio, kleine kast voor je kleding, grote badkamer. Kleine keuken/kitchenette. Voorzien van magnetron, kleine vaatwasser, koffie maker, bestek en servies. Koelkast. Heel fijn als je in de avond gewoon rustig in je kamer kunt eten als dat moet. En ontbijt is bijna elke dag hetzelfde op wat afwisseling in vlees na. Maar dat was voor mij geen probleem.

Bon petit déjeuner, copieux, sucré salé, chaud et froid + fruits. Belle salle de restauration moderne. Bon emplacement, personnel a l'écoute. Chambre tres correcte question superficie et bien entretenue. Assez moderne.

Problème de climatisation très bruyante résolue le lendemain de notre arrivée après beaucoup d insistance. Geste commercial apprécié de la part de la Direction.

Lors de notre arrivée la fenêtre de notre chambre était ouverte et impossible à fermer. Un technicien est venu nous la condamner. Nous n'avons pas pu l'ouvrir pendant 4j. De plus la chambre est très bruyante ( bruits de ventilation très très fort) Lors de notre changement de chambre le bruit était pire.

We found the location excellent to walk to many of the places of interest. Also there were various metro stations close by to go Uptown to Central Park , Empire State Building. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Places to eat were nany to suit your budget. Plus our room had a kitchenette, microwave , fridge, crockery and dish washer. Ask for a high room to see the view. I needed an accessible room and it had everything at UK standard. Just take care with window blind its not readily noticeable that it's electric. For 2 days we reported it broke and staff didn't know it was electric! Breakfast is could standard but self service / paper plates. It certainly was good enough with a well kept variety of hot and cold food

Camera molto bella, con cucina e piccola cabina armadio. Arredamento moderno. Non la si può definire piccola rispetto agli standard che la città offre. Bagno ben illuminato, doccia grande, dotazione di asciugamani sufficiente e cambiati ogni due giorni. Disponibili shampo, bagnoschiuma e balsamo in dispenser. Carina la vista della finestra che dà sulla strada. Ottimo quartiere, posizione vicino a diverse fermate metro. Per ultimo la colazione: la stessa tutti i giorni, ma con una buona varietà di dolci e salati, ci è piaciuta! Secondo me il rapporto qualità prezzo che ho trovato in questa struttura è stato eccezionale

Unica pecca è che in 8 giorni ci hanno cambiato le lenzuola solo l’ultimo giorno

My recent stay at the Residence Inn was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my dreadful experience with the world. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. During our stay, we had to deal with an inoperable room lock due to a dead battery. What followed was a sequence of events that left us in a state of absolute vulnerability, unable to access our crucial belongings, which included vital travel documents, laptops, iPads, and even time-sensitive medications. The situation was so dire that we had to venture out in the middle of the night to purchase replacements, an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. Oh, and we were told to just "wait until 6 AM as there's no engineer on-site". To make matters worse, there was no reassurance from the senior management in person, nor did anyone bother to apologize or respond promptly to our initial email when the incident occurred. What's even more alarming is that had this issue occurred just 24 hours later, my partner would have missed their early morning flight. The entire incident has left a lasting negative impression on us. It's laughable that they don't an engineer or handyman onsite, in a global city like NYC. What's more, the formal response from the hotel staff was shockingly inadequate. It took an unacceptable amount of time for them to respond to our email, and when they did, they proposed a half-assed resolution, which did not even bother to follow through. In light of this horrendous experience, I have grave reservations about ever considering Residence Inn for future stays. The way this situation was mishandled and the delayed response from the management raises serious concerns about their commitment to guest satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Residence Inn if you value your peace of mind, your possessions, and your precious time.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut, da sich Subway-Haltestellen ganz in der Nähe befinden. Man fühlte sich auch sehr sicher, da der gesamte "Financial District" gut bewacht und durch Barrikaden geschützt ist. Die Zimmer wurden zwar nur jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt, was aber nicht besonders störte.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, was störte, war allerdings die Plastik-Orgie (Plastik-Teller, Plastik-Besteck, Plastik-Becher). Das alles flog nach der Mahlzeit zusammen mit den Essensresten in eine Mülltonne. Aber das gilt wohl derzeit für fast alle Hotels in den USA.

O hotel está localizado em uma região próximo a várias estações do metrô, tem um café da manhã de qualidade muito boa. Quarto amplo, bem organizado. Atendimento excepcional.

The location was perfect. Close to subways and ferries. Plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. We had to change rooms as the first one had issues. But this was achieved very quickly. The staff were always friendly and polite.

The breakfast was simple. Although it satisfied our needs. Didn't like plastic cutlery and paper plates.

Very few choices. Same food everyday with no variation.

More choices for breakfast.

Breakfast could have a better offering of options. Parking, I called before to make sure there was a paid parking location and there was but they did not have space for my car.
