Really great property, lots of room for 8 adults. We enjoyed our stay! The only downfall is the proximity to the highway, it’s a little loud at night, besides that it was great!

We were very pleased with Oyster Cove. Wonderful layout but too many steps for our older adults. Great access to the private beach. When we left today we didn't know where the week went, we would've loved to stay another week.

Our family loved this house! The open floor plan in the common areas was nice and there was more than enough space for all. The kids loved their 4th floor accommodations! We hope to be back someday to enjoy the house again. Thank you!

Loved the property! Very clean and great location. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to my questions

We had a fun stay at this property. Great for a family. The only negative was that it is in need of a deep spring cleaning (especially the living room furniture) and some small maintenance.

Place was awesome! Quick walk to beach, quick drive to Rehoboth and OCMD. The house had everything we needed. Dave and Amy were quick to respond when I had questions or needed info. Great place!

The property was very spacious and accommodated 9 adults and 5 kids. We enjoyed our stay but the property was not cleaned before our arrival. Sofa bed was dirty. As was the floor. Vents on the wall are black and full of dirt. Also the property is right on the coastal hwy so if you are looking for a good nights sleep it won’t happen. It sounds like you are sleeping on the hwy. Apart from the property’s location and cleanliness, overall we had a good time

Clean bright house, very nice. Spacious living room and kitchen. It was right next to the highway so there was some noise from the traffic, but it didn't keep us from enjoying our stay. The owner was very friendly when I spoke to her about a maintenance issue and it was addressed promptly.

Really a great place to stay. Kitchen very well supplied, comfortable beds, outdoor and indoor spaces light and airy. Owners and property manager very responsive and helpful. Internet a problem, but seems to be problematic in that part of the beach resort sites. Go for it!

The house was roomy and clean. There were some maintenance issues but nothing that detracted from our stay. If you like a private area this is perfect.

Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen and the neighbors are quiet However, it is impossible to sleep in the house at night due to the very loud traffic from the road - it is constant. If you are able to put up with loud traffic, then you should be fine.

My family of 4 spent a week here with my brother's family of 4, along with assorted grandparents. It was a great house for us, in a perfect location! Quick walk to a great private beach, quick drive into Bethany. Well-equipped and just as advertised. Kids LOVED the bunk bed room! Our only hiccup was with the WiFi, but I suspect that may be the location, and not the property. Would definitely stay again!

You can't beat the location, just 2 blocks from the beach. As others have noted it is adjacent the highway but that was not a huge deterrent, as we spent most of our days at the beach. Since the beach here is limited to people that own/rent the nearby homes, it is much less crowded than the in-town beaches, and we ended up seeing a lot of the same people every day. We also felt very comfortable leaving out beach chairs/umbrellas at the beach in the afternoons while we headed back to the house for lunch and siesta. The main living floor has plenty of space/elbow room for two families with 4 kids, and the bunk room above was a great space for the kids to play/make forts/etc. The only real downside was very slow internet, making it hard to stream video or do work on a laptop--both of which were better by tethering to our cellphone networks. But you didn't come to the beach for work, did you?? ;-)

This property was in a very convenient area. The traffic flow next to house took a little adjusting. House was clean short walk to beach. Ample parking had a little problem with Wi-Fi but not sure if that is a regular problem or just a problem in the area. Over all we had a great time! Thanks

Beautiful property with plenty of space for a family. Short walk to the beach on a neighborhood street. My family loved our weekend away.

Upon our arrival we had not received the code to the door; however the owner was very quick to return our phone call. Overall the house was clean; however there were stains on all comforters and on the shower curtains and a few of the blinds, as well as the couch. The lay out of the house was good- bedrooms 2nd floor, living/dining 3rd floor and a large bedroom on 4th. We did get tired of all the stairs though. We appreciated the second fridge on the ground level! I would say that the house is very close to a major highway. We had two young children and were nervous anytime we went out to the driveway. Speed limit is 55MPH with people routinely going much faster than that. The noise from the cars could be heard all day and night from bedrooms and living areas. It made sitting on the balcony very noisy as well. I would say that the sunset over the bay both nights was beautiful. A few minutes walk to the beach- house set up with beach chairs and cart was very helpful. Also less than at 10 minute drive to Bethany Beach boardwalk and 15 minutes to Rehobeth Beach boardwalk; both of which we enjoyed.
