10 friends and I stayed at the place, and had a great time. Perfect place to host large parties of people at a great price. Dogs loved the backyard too!

This house is perfectly located for CMU visits. The house has lots of potential. We had some cleanliness issues but the property manager was very responsive and agreed with our assessment based on the pictures we sent. I was a little surprised that they asked us to clean dishes by hand that wouldn’t fit in the dish washer. That definitely explains why dishes in the cabinets were not clean (the previous people, I assume, did not truly clean them and just put them away). To me, it’s impossible to maintain a standard with this as your process. Overall the house itself is nice! I few updates could make it a little more comfortable.

The property and location met our needs well but our stay was riddled with bumps, some definitely out of the host's control! They did their best to remedy those that they could and were quick to respond and find creative solutions. Neighbors had some unseemly activity, and I don't know if that's indicative of the changes in Grand Junction or representative of the neighborhood, but it was a little unsettling. All that said, I wouldn't hesitate to rent from the Fixture Studio again. They were attentive, considerate (our son ended up in the ER and they went out of their way to assist us in the check out process), and professional.

It was a amazing place for what we were looking for. Everyone had enough space to do their own thing and plenty of space to be together. It was amazing and I would go back for sure!

We had a great experience at this house in GJ. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and plenty of room! You can tell it is an older home but that was part of the charm. Hosts were great!

We came to GJ to visit our son for CMU HOCO. We loved the location of the house. Close to the football stadium and campus! House was clean and well kept. Patio area was nice! We will definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful. The owners thought of so many little things to make our time better. The outdoor portico was really nice when we wanted to eat outside. Overall, a wonderful experience.

This was a great house for our family who was in town for a memorial service. We had little ones with us and there was room for them to spread out and play with toys. We ate every meal outside on patio and enjoyed that. Easy usage of entering and leaving and room for all! Playground a couple of blocks away that we made use of and easy access to grocery and areas we needed to be.

This house was a good hub for a different direction of experiences each day.
