The Gate closes too early considering we went to bela bela to have fun

Excellent breakfast service and the food was delicious. The spa treatment was excellent. The staff was generally friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The internet connection was also excellent.

The room was not as nice as the one in the pictures but it was comfortable. Unfortunately, our private Jacuzzi was not working.

We were never given breakfast they say it was not included in our package, I thought it was

When there is loadshedding we stay in the dark waiting for someone to go buy diesel for the generator, and the generator can only be switched on at a specific time only, no ironing board in the room, side lamp were not working and we're joined by selotape which is risky for my 3 year old

The heated pool is way too small for that big a resort. It cannot take 4 adults. The bigger pool is ice cold Breakfast was not included. It's not value for money!

The hotel was beautiful, and the bed was really nice.

The place is great , the view , the rooms , pity it rained and we couldn't do some of the activities. The host Blessing was great, friendly and always available for visitors when needed.

Warm welcome from staff and we were taken through a tour of the place and what one can do around Bela Bela. Location is perfect and safe.

The bathroom was not clean, the breakfast was cold and we waited for an hour to be served. The staff need to lower their voices in the morning while their guests are sleeping. They must also consider getting matts in the bathroom and bedroom.
