Marehay Hall Farm is nothing short of glorious. a wonderful reception from the hosts and a sublime room. Everything was spotlessly clean and I had a very enjoyable stay - shame it was only for one night!

Absolutely beautiful, our room was Gorgeous. Sharon was such a great host, nothing was too much bother, she's very funny , we really enjoyed our stay, we would definitely recommend people book a stay, you definitely won't be disappointed .

the house was exceptionally clean . Our bedroom was huge , very clean , excellent comfortable bed with lovely linen . The bathroom had a double shower which was very powerful. The views were beautiful we sat on the comfortable garden furniture in the sun with our coffee. The breakfast room was over looking the fields. beautiful breakfast was served fresh . Cereals, and fresh fruit was also available .

Just a lovely stay with a lovely Hostess

Everything! The hosts were so warm & inviting, lovely couple who couldn't do enough for us. We were in awe of the location too, such a beautiful place & wonderful location & grounds. I could certainly while away the hours soaking up the wonderful views & wildlife! We awoke to a sumptuous breakfast which was plentiful from cereal, fruit & croissants to a full english accompanied by a cafetiere of lovely coffee, just perfect! I have to say though there was far too much for our consumption but it was fully appreciated, thank you Sharon. The place is spotlessly clean too and very tastefully decorated may I add. I can't speak highly enough for Marehay Hall Farm and our wonderful hosts Sharon & Edward. You will certainly not be disappointed if you stay here and I guarantee you will return. We were made to feel more as friends rather than guests and we will most definitely be back 😉x

Nothing, everything was perfect!

This is a stunning place to stay, I can honestly say that were so impressed from the moment we went in, everywhere was at a very high standard our room was large and had enough wardrobe space for anyone, the bathroom had a large shower, again all spotless. Then there's the views. They even generate their own electricity with wind and solar. The breakfast is excellent with plenty to choose from. All in all we will definitely book here again

when booking the system was confusing I wanted to stay near Denby in the Derbyshire area nothing to do with Ripley in Yorkshire

The hosts at the farm were very welcoming, and our room was spacious and comfortable with an extra-large double bed and having impressive views over the garden and fields. The breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed our walk along the local lanes and through the village.

The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was made to order and the choice beyond expectations. A huge, clean and well furnished bedroom and bathroom welcomed us upstairs.

We were extremely well looked after by our friendly, thoughtful and very hospitable hosts, Sharon and Edward. A delicious and substantial breakfast was a welcome start to our days here and much enjoyed. Marehay Hall Farm is a beautiful property in spectacular grounds that has been beautifully restored and furnished to a high standard. The room we stayed in had a fabulous view over the gardens , fields and hills beyond . Bedroom and property in general immaculately clean and large comfortable bed and luxurious bedding . Tea and coffee making facility and nice toiletries provided in bathroom . We would highly recommend this lovely place and hope to come again one day .

We had a fantastic stay here as we travelled to do the Tissington half marathon. Service was above and beyond and we got far better than we paid for the views, room, hospitality and breakfast was outstanding nothing was too much trouble as I was vegan.(even got up early to accommodate our early travel to the race thank you ) We couldn't find the farm on the satnav however a telephone call and we were greeted with a welcome smile. We will be gping back as a beutiful place to stay and explore which we didn't get time to do. Thank you so much 👍✋😁
