Rooms are cool and comfortable, the family are so lovely and the home cooking is incredible! Some of the best food The area is so peaceful yet close enough to everything. We had an incredible stay here and at such amazing value. Could not have asked for a better stay. The rooftop terrace is a great asset and the house is so beautiful. Thank you for having us and making our first week so relaxing and comfortable :)

Great location, good food and nice people.

The property is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, next to the forest. Significantly better air than in the city center. The hosts were the most welcoming and caring we ever stayed at. We really tasted the local culture and cuisine thanks to Sanjita's delicious food and guidance. We really felt like home for two weeks.

The only inconvenience that we experienced was that for going in the center area we needed a car or going by bus. The hosts offered us most of the time transport service as well.

Comfortable stay and great value. The best was the cooking by the house mother. It was great Nepalese home cooking, better than any of the restaurants nearby.

I had a pleasure to stay at Subi homestay and be part of the family for a week. Their hospitality was exceptional. Nice, clean room with big bed and table to work. I enjoyed sunrise and sunset from the balcony.

Wifi connection could be better but it didn’t bother me as I hadn’t much online work and when needed I could access from the host room.

Subi Home Stay is ideally located for those who want to escape from the noise and chaos of Kathmandu..Very nice house..and the owner is really respectful husband baburam and wife Sangeeta...I don't know how to thank them. .Mrs. Sangeeta was really helpful with me...She was always asking me if do you wanted anything.. do you wanted to eat.. Really she is a very nice lady.. I did not feel alone with this respectable family.. This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood in the narrow alleys behind the buildings . So it was completely quiet.. The owner of the house also helped me with the transportation to the city. Thank you sir, I consider you my older brother..the house is very clean and the bed is very comfortable..the wifi is excellent and very fast..everything is ok..maybe I will come back in the future..but for sure this house will be my only choice in Kathmandu.. Thank you, NEPAL 🇳🇵, a beautiful country and friendly people.
