This property was absolutely perfect! Great location easy access to all the great restaurants. Has its own private beach with a beach club next-door. We traveled with a six and three-year-old and they spent the entire day at the beach and cooled off in the afternoons at the complexes pool. Amazing private balcony that looks over the ocean. The house had every amenity you could need, including an abundance of towels :) thank you so much! Can’t wait to come back!

This place is perfect. Actually too perfect. They have an entire section of beach reserved for residents of the building. 10 people in a huge area on our private beach when everyone else is crammed together on either side. (We are not complaining lol). We will look forward to staying here again next year!

We had a wonderful time. The condo is fully equipped including quality cookware. Even the knives were sharp. The staff at the condo is extraordinarily helpful. A very safe and secure place to stay. The private beach where you have exclusive access is an oasis on an otherwise crowded beach area. It feels like you have your own private beach. Close to lots of great restaurants. As others have said, this condo is in the LGBT party area. Next-door is a club that has a rooftop bar that plays music until around 10 PM most nights. Inside the condo it’s still very quiet and I had no trouble sleeping. The whole area is one big party, and this condo is a bit of an oasis in the midst of it all. The air conditioning works great. Wonderful way to get to know Puerto Vallarta.

All good except the elevator being out of service.

The location is the best. I was able to take full advantage of the beach club that was right next to the condo. Since we had our own private beach, i was able to get service from the beach club club without the overcrowding of the beach club. You will be right in the center of all of the action. A short inexpensive uber ride or walk got me to everywhere quickly. I will definitely stay here again. The host was always attentive and responded to all of my request. The place was very clean. I even had maid service when and if i needed it. I highly recommend this place.

Location was on point!! Kelly replied to all my emails promptly! House was clean and property staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be looking to book again!

Kelly makes your stay simply effortless. This condo was the most well equipped Vrbo I have ever rented. Perfect for those who prefer to cook while on vacation. Bottled water is provided which was awesome. Amazing views perfect beach location. It is right next to The Blue Chairs resort and they have a restaurant and club on the beach and the waiters will serve you from playa Bonita beach location. You want for nothing! Staff at condo wonderful and extremely helpful! In walking distance to everything. Had an amazing time!!!

Kellys place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. The place is very clean and has everything you need. The views of the beach are very nice. Kelly was very helpful from the beginning to the end. I totally recommend it and look forward to the next visit.

This was a very comfortable condo, well stocked with everything you would possibly need! In addition, appreciated the binder with helpful information about the condo and the area. The host, Kelly, is very easy to communicate with. The front desk staff is very helpful. Would return again, and will definitely recommend to friends and family! This is a non-VRBO comment, but I find fascinating that vendors/restaurants in both Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita favor paper money, but NO paper maps to be found anywhere. Paper maps are helpful supplements to digital maps.

Fantastic experience, Kelly & her husband’s condo is wonderful. Very comfortable beds, great a/c in living/kitchen & bedrooms, wonderful coffee maker, great updated windows that help keep house cool & quiet, plenty of towels & located right on beach. Views from wrap around balcony are gorgeous. Additionally there are shades on balcony that you can lower for privacy & to keep heat out. Great stay & will keep this on our list of condos in the Playa Bonita Building that have all the boxes checked! Finally, Kelly’s responsiveness & the attentiveness of the building staff is always fantastic & helps make your stay safe & pleasurable.

We had a wonderful time staying at this location. Beautiful ocean views right across the street from the beach. Fantastic sunsets. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. It was quiet at night so we all slept well. The front desk staff were all very nice. The owners left a book with lots of information about restaurants, grocery stores, ATMs, etc. that were in the vicinity which was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, friendly building staff, the condo was nice, although there were tiny tiny little bugs running all over the kitchen counter, but no where else. We were not expecting to eat much there. kept our snacks on the kitchen table. My father decided to join us last minute, this put us over the 6 allotted guest, while we thought it would not be a big deal, and did let the building staff know we were at 7, they did not mention anything at that time of check in, but we quickly learned from the condo owner the next day this was not allowed and was told one person had to leave, we understood and quickly rectified the situation and found another accommodation for two of us. Owner did offer to arrange another room with the building manager, while she was still very upset. Needless to say this started our relationship with her on the wrong foot, we had a mishap with ceramic towel bar holder falling on the tile floor and breaking, her response was more accusatory then understanding. We had no issue paying for the towel bar, as it was on our watch, but the biggest issue was as we were pulling away from the condo in our Cab, a building staff came running out and said the maid could not find a land line cordless phone, I explained we all have cell phones and would have no reason to use a house land line. However they did end up charging us for this alleged missing phone. Its hard to fight this accusation when you have no proof it was ever there in the first place. This was my first experience using VRBO, I did learn some valuable lessons.

Our stay couldn’t have been better! We love the location of the condo, and we loved the place. Everything was super easy to get too and everything was great.We will be definitely staying here again!

Walking distance to everything with a private beach, restaurants, bars and everything else you need to have a great time in PVR

We had a wonderful week staying in this condo. Comfortable and well appointed, had everything we needed and more. It was so nice to have the doors open, the ocean breeze was all we needed. Never used the main room AC. The staff running the front desk were amazing, friendly and helpful. Check in was easy, they speak English very well. Even helped us order a pizza one night. Great mini super close to the condo, and lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. But cabs available all the time out front if desired.The only downside was the thumping house music from the beach club in front. It starts around 9 am and goes until sunset, then moves up to their roof top club and is not as loud. It could not be heard in the back bedroom, where we slept. Great sleeping room, comfly bed with soft sheets. Overall fantastic trip. Even with the music, sitting on the balcony was our favorite activity of the week.

The condo was perfect for our needs ! Exactly as picture show and the private beach was a huge bonus! We also loved the music we could hear daily from the Blue chair bar as we forgot our portable speaker. We travel a lot and I must say this was the most well stocked condo we have stayed in and we really appreciated the hospitality! We were able to easily walk to town either on the beach or through the town even with strollers! Can’t wait to return !

We loved this condo. Playa Bonita is in a great location and we especially love the private beach as well as the pool. Everything was as pictured and described. The kitchen was very well equipped.

We loved our stay at Kelly's property. This was our first time to visit Puerto Vallarta in 30 years, and the last time was only for a few hours off of a cruise ship. We loved having time in Zona Romantica! It's the perfect location. The restaurants in the area are amazing, the people are wonderful, and the weather is ideal at this time of year. The condo itself is perfect. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are so soft. We had everything we needed for the stay. Kelly has literally thought of everything. We will be back!

Wow, what a lovely place! We will most definitely try and book this again next year. What a fantastic location, wonderful host, beautiful condo, and spectacular views! Location - steps away from the beach with your own palapa! Just a few minute walk to the center of Zona Romantica, shops, restaurants, and bars. Host - Friendly, communicative, knowledgeable and helpful! Condo - Very well appointed, roomy, and updated with a large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The doors open wide for an outdoor living experience! The view - What can I say? You are right on the ocean with a great view of Banderas Bay. Sit on the balcony listen to the waves crashing and enjoy the spectacular sunsets!

Location location location! Private beach in the front and the town at your back. Very comfortable accommodations. Yes - it is on a very popular urban beach, but the brand new windows and sliding glass doors keep the condo cool and quiet. I’ve been coming to PV for decades and this is one of my absolute favorite spots. We travelled with our 11 & 8 year old kids and had a blast. Just keep some weeks open for me!

Loved our stay at this perfectly located home in the heart of the romantic zone in PV! Short walk to bars, restaurants and everything! The beach across the street was great as well. A perfect place to stay in the heart of it all! Would definitely recommend!.

Great location right on the beach. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Fully stocked amenities. Front desk staff were also nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The unit was clean and welcoming. They offer maid service every 3/4th day as well! -Fidel & Amanda at the front desk are THE BEST when it comes to arranging taxis, recommendations and even where to get a wheelchair at a reasonable price for my mom. It’s so nice to see familiar faces and speaks highly of the building management. They even arranged for a traveling medic to do our re-entry rapid COVID tests in the unit! He sent the email and checkin for our flight home was easy. -the guest book has ALL kinds if recommendations and we took advantage of nearly all of them, including a ‘best tacos’ map! My husband is from PV but things change quickly and we were very appreciative to have this book. The owner will even shop AND cook for you, if you so desire. -communication was easy and response time was fast, although we didn’t want for anything once we arrived. We can’t wait to come back!

Thank you! Such a comfortable place. The condo is well furnished. The staff is very helpful and friendly! The pool was clean and refreshing. The location was great! Right off the beach, easy to walk anywhere in Zona Romantica. There is club next door but all goes quiet at 10:30 pm. We walked everywhere and felt totally safe. No complaints at all! I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Kelly!

Went day for a long weekend for a friends’ getaway weekend. The condo has everything you absolutely need and the kitchen is well stocked. My friends and I were very comfortable throughout our stay. Kelly also offers plenty of beach towels and chairs. We loved the little notes around the condo such as, “only bottled water to fill ice trays.” And to top it off the condo is artistically decorated. We will definitely be returning. Thanks, Kelly!

This was our 5th or 6th stay in Playa Bonita, but our first in the corner unit on the 5th floor. This is now our "go-to" condo for all future visits. The communication with Kelly was excellent, all through the booking and queries while we were there. The Concierge and housekeeping staff were outstanding. Hats off to Fidel, Amanda and Rosario! When we asked for directions to a COVID TEST facility for our return to the U.S., they suggested that they could arrange for a concierge doctor to perform the test at the condo, giving us immediate written test results. The doctor was awesome and the whole thing took maybe 15 minutes for the two of us. This condo is hands-down the best-equipped and most tastefully furnished one we have ever encountered. Understanding which light and AC remote did what was a learning curve, but Kelly promptly have us concise/easy instructions. Having said all of that, we are sorry but willing to highly recommend this unit - "sorry" because we don't want it all booked up when we want to return, which we intend to do. often.
