I liked the location of the hotel.
The hotel is not updated with the system that means with the booking.com apps.
I have booked thorough the booking.com for 7th January 2023. But they did not give me the room. I fell big trouble with my family. I had to book other hotel own my way.

nothing, the staff was not helpful and the toilets were dirty!! staff needs to be helpful and understanding and not rude. 2 hours above checkout time when the hotel is empty isn’t a big deal for the hotel to provide, after all this was discussed before checkin in.

Hot water for bathing is only through solar.

Location because we had a morning flight. The room was clean.
There is a restaurant near by from the same group with good food for a cheap price.
There was no hot water. We tried to reach the the reception by phone and when they finally came asked us to wait. We could spend liters of water that still being cold.
