The place is beautiful and Patra is an excellent host, with even providing free transport and a good breakfast.

The wifi can be improved and as in much places situated in near jungle you should be a light sleeper, as the roosters provide a nice symphony in the early morning.

Que dire de notre visite à Jero Sebali Villa ? PARFAIT ! C'est une très belle surprise qui nous attendait à Ubud. Ce logement est très confortable, le petit déjeuner était bon, le repas du midi simple mais bien réalisé, la piscine très belle et rafraîchissante, ... Ils organisent des navettes pour le centre d'Ubud deux fois dans la journée. Mais surtout, l'accueil et la disponibilité des hôtes est une réelle plus-value. Ils sont à votre disposition pour toute question relative à votre séjour.

This beautiful villa is situated just outside Ubud (via Campuhan ridge very walkable) which makes it quiet and private. The garden en the pool are just idyllic. The rooms/houses are very neat and clean and we love showering outside. But next to the place itself, the people are the heart of it all. So Makasi dear mr. Bata and family, all the best for Manni in University and for the best driver Wayan.

A somehwat elaborate menu is the only thing we can think off but we managed great with the delicious fresh juices, Bintans beers and goreng meals.

The villa is amazing, the garden, the pool, the ospitality.. and first of all the family who own the Villa! Thank you you make us feel at home. They are so kind and the pay attention to the minimum details. We also had dinner and was all perfect🎉 the breakfast is good with fresh fruit and egg . Thank you 😊

Very kind small family hotel. Excellent service orientation / they try to help you out with everything (special wishes, transfers, tours) on very short notice. Its not an issue being a few kilometers out of Ubud. I found it an advantage.

My husband and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at Jero Sebali villa. Partha, Gusti and their extended family were friendly and thoughtful hosts. We had some great adventures with Gusti, transport support from Partha and Manik too. Beautiful gardens and bathrooms, too. Lovely little touches and generous breakfast included. Highly recommend 👌

Very warm greeting and help with luggage. Absolutely stunning Balinese-style temple adjacent to the family room. Tea and coffee were given to us in the evening free of charge. The host was very welcoming, so polite and tended to our every need. Such a relaxing environment with Balinese music and greenery. Statues, pool, dining area. Breakfast was amazing! Where else can you get such delicious banana pancakes for breakfast!?

As indicated by many other guests, we were blown away by the kindness of the owners - Gusti, Pratha and their families. They were extremely thoughtful (e.g. special attention for our wedding anniversary) and made our stay easy by offering various services (shuttle, laundry, …) and organising amazing activities (e.g. rafting, day excursions). If you’re after a bling or resort-type experience, look somewhere else; if you’d like an authentic experience and are looking to genuinely connect with a lovely Balinese family, we highly recommend staying at Jero Sebali!

Beautiful tropical peaceful setting with lovely pool. The family who owned the villas went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay - nothing was too much trouble for them including driving us to and from central ubud. Such kind and warm people. The breakfast was great as well

The door and approach to the second room could have been better. Very narrow door and space to get to the second room. Maybe a connection from outside too would be good.

The property was sensational, very tranquil and gardens and grounds were beautiful. The hosts were very friendly and helpful in every aspect of our stay. breakfast was great , villa in good location.

The most incredible hosts, they made me feel at home. The property has a very beautiful garden & pool. Breakfast was amazing, the room was beautiful and the bathroom just out of this world. I cannot wait to go back again. Highly recommend the sightseeing tours provided by the hosts.

The family who own and run this place are lovely, trustworthy people. Im traveling with my elderly parents and they were very accommodating for them. The family provided a nice breakfast and dinner and took us on a tour to rice fields a temple and coffee plantation.

The roosters crowing at 4am was quite loud but its a rural location so animal noise should be expected...I just got some ear plugs.

We stayed 6 nights in the Jero Sebali Villas. During that time, from the welcome until the goodbye we felt as being a family member. Gusti, Parta and his son Manik are very are very attentive and they always endeavors to support us for every question we had or request we asked for. They offer an every day return shuttle for free to Ubud. They also gave us a return lift for free to some restaurants nearby. It was for us an unexpected experience to meeting such a friendly and courteous family. We can only recommend the Jero Sebali Villa in all aspects.

Unfortunately i don’t have 11 stars to give to our hosts, otherwise I would! Gusti, Partia and his family were the most welcoming hosts i have seen in a long time. Nothing was too much for them. We felt like back home again with our best friends from the minute we met Gusti at the airport. Breakfast was simple, but very tasty. We did a few trips around with Gusti who was able to communicate well in english, which was really great. Villa is just outside Ubud, but you can catch this authentical indonesian feeling with all the nature around you. Excellent! Without a doubt for our next visit to Ubud we will chose Jero Sebali and will recomend it to our friends. And the most important thing about this property was design of outdoor bath and shower, outstanding, well done!

I thought we were staying in a two bedroom Villa that would have a shared but private space- but it was more that we had a shared balcony that opened into the public space. it was still very nice and comfortable but not completely what I expected.

The garden and pool area is a relaxing paradise. The breakfast included is always fresh, we really enjoyed the service and food for lunch and dinner options. Thanks Rooms and bathrooms are very clean, and we were looked after very well from the family and staff. The shuttle to and from Ubud centre was very efficient, and close to nearby restaurants. We very much enjoyed the experience and connecting with the Balinese culture. Thank you for our stay we will be back!
