Perfect location in the city center, close to everything. We had nice apartment on the roof top and the owner was very helpful. If we come back to Zihua, we would stay again.

good location, apartment was spacious. kitchen was minimally equipped but enough so for basic cooking. bedroom was a separate space, which was nice. it was pretty quiet, couldn’t hear much from neighbors. shared outdoor space. there were extra chairs and a hammock in the apartment as well.

there were many, many mosquitoes. this was the biggest problem for me. no hot water. not a lot of natural light. the bathroom had a strange configuration and it was difficult to use the toilet without tripping over the edge of the shower. only one set of silverware in the apartment. it was difficult to get in to the property initially, the phone number given on booking didn’t work and I stood on the street for 10 minutes with 2 other people who were also trying to check in. we only got in because someone entered the property with a key.

The best host I have ever had. Very helpful, always available, answered all questions at any time. The room/apartment was a good size and nicely decorated, even with little details extra for me. Good internet, good air conditioning, a few blocks from the beach (other, nicer beaches accessible by foot, bus or boat).

There was a strange smell in the kitchen by the fridge/sink from time to time. Little daylight in the kitchen. The patio is not so nice.

The room is clean.wide, bright. Owner is very kind lovely lady. She kindly told us how to take a bus from the airport to the hotel and to a beach in a remote village.I'm very grateful to her.It was correct answer that I chose this accommodation in Zihuatanejo.Muchas gracias Celia!!!

Location downtown, host wanted to please and available most of the time

sheets not changed during 7 day stay. Was told by 3 others that theres weren't changed in 15 days. Needs ongoing maintainance. e.g,Toilet seat broken, water leaks. Would stay again if host could stay on top of ongoing repairs (preventative rather than fixing things when they become a problem)

Very nice lady, who is the owner, very helpful and friendly. Place clean and close to the beach. High recommend!
