Loved this hotel. Fantastic location and wonderful, generous staff. We were gifted wine to have on the balcony and had a lovely conversation with staff.

Vintage and cozy hotel located in the Old Tbilisi. The staff is kind and supporting and homemade breakfasts are tasty.

Small but good. I love here. It has small terrace to see view with meal. Dinner here is so wonderful. Breakfast with good view in the morning. Staff is perfect he stay all day all night and friendly.

Nothing oh...yes be careful bf i got spoiled milk but staff dont know (dont worry😄)

Lovely little hotel with outside communal bar area overlooking the city. Friendly, helpful staff and great breakfast laid out in the communal kitchen area.

The breakfast was very good, location is also quite nice, very central.

Our "4 bed attic suite" was probably the smallest hotel room I've ever seen anywhere in Europe. Very uncomfortable for 4 people, you literally can not move here. Also it was not enough air to breathe, but once we opened window, room was full of mosquitos

Staff is very friendly and speaks English, Russian and Georgian. Breakfast is tasty (especially the pancakes). There's a kitchen available 24/7. The hotel is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi. You can easily reach the Freedom Square and all the important museums on foot. There's a variety of great restaurants nearby.

The bathroom smelled atrocious and it was hard to let any fresh air to the room, as the only window was tiny.

Breakfast was nice and the balcony available for breakfast seemed to be a great place to spend time during warm weather. The bed was comfortable. The location is good.

The shower and toilet room were located on the different floor from our room, which might be quite inconvenient for some, but manageable for others.

It was freezing outside so they put an extra heater in my room and it was amazing! The location was in the middle of Old Town making it so easy to walk to everything I wanted to see.

The room was situated off of the porch so whenever someone was on the porch I could hear them talking. For someone who likes to wake up early, the breakfast starting at 0900 was a little late for me.

The location was ideal.

The toilet didn't work as it should, the tap on the sink was not secure. No tv channels tuned in. Room was very warm and stuffy. My room was next to the kitchen area so i could hear people throughout the night very loudly.

The location of the property was just amazing, very close to all the central spots (the Bridge of Peace, Freedom Square, Clock Tower). Our room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Overall nice and cozy hotel!
