The location of this place is amazing and it took us about 25 minutes from picking the car up at the airport to arriving at the hotel. We were greeted by Ryan who was so lovely and welcoming and showed us around the hotel. It is quite breathtaking when you first see it. From the iron gates at the bottom of the drive to the rolling hills that sweep behind the rooms, it really is the perfect get away. The breakfast is excellent and quite the spread. Again, you are greeted with such warmth every morning by all staff and you are served a wonderful range of homemade breakfast items that really set you up for a day of exploring the island. The pool was fabulous and so relaxing set amongst the trees and the view was amazing. We had a terrace outside of our room where we could relax at the end of a day and we got to listen to all the sheep and goats that surround the property. We only checked out this morning and we have told our friends and family to stay here! It’s close to Valedemossa and Deia as well as Sóller. Perfect location and perfect accommodation!

We did some research before booking to stay here and there was a lot of comments regarding the road up to the hotel and we thought it was absolutely fine. Our experience was great, we made sure we booked a small SUV that could handle a bumpy road and honestly it wasn’t a problem. The drive up to the hotel is actually quite lovely as you’re surrounded by horses in a riding school at the bottom of the lane and it’s such a short drive. If you rent a small SUV like a Ford Puma, you will not have an issue at all :)

Magnificent place! Beautiful, old building, very nicely renovated and equipped with modern facilities. Wonderful diners served on few days of the week, really delightful and magical. Very tasty, nicely served breakfast. Perfect swimming pool. Lot of animals outside, you can hear goats :)

The place is magical and we enjoyed it very much. The staff was nice and our stay was beyond our expectations. I recommend it.

the absolute most amazing place I have ever stayed at! the place looks like it came out of a dream! made me feel like I was in a Disney princess movie! everything about it was amazing! the hotel is absolutely beautiful! the staff is amazing and very accommodating to your every need and the breakfast was delicious! I almost didn’t want to go out everyday and stay at the hotel! if you are in Mallorca it is a must! The Asian man Ryan is very kind and friendly and accommodating. Recommendable!!!

Beautiful surroundings, gardens and pool. Location was convenient. Some staff extremely helpful, others, the opposite.

We thought we were booking a hotel but only a b& b. Scant information about the premises and area. Very slow 800 metre track to b&b. Room inadequately furnished. Very limited choice for breakfast and would much prefer a buffet. Table service resulted in wasted food. Advertised as agriturismo and expected lovely organic produce but not provided. Pastries not always very fresh, industrial jams/honey let down the breakfast.

no bar, there was one in their sitting room ie a fridge you could help yourself to and leave money but had little to offer. Also would have liked for a birthday weekend away some special drinks. I knew this when I booked so took my own drink and asked them for ice which was ok too. They are missing a trick there.. as holiday makers want a bit more during the day or before they eat in or out

The place is Amazing for families who want to stay quite and calm, the kids loved it ! Breakfast is superb and staff is always helpful and kind!

We would have loved to have dinner here because with a baby it is always difficult to have dinner outside in winter time, as it is too cold. But we ordered a pizza from Tramuntana restaurant

Stunning building set in a beautiful setting. Breakfast was excellent - served to our table on the terrace.

The bed was too firm for us and felt uncomfortable to sleep.

A truly beautiful property, with an amazing pool, view and location. Breakfast every morning was a highlight looking out over the wonderful view. Would definitely recommend hiring a car for access - this enabled us to easily travel everywhere on the island. If you are there on a Friday or Monday night having dinner at the hotel is a must - incredible food surrounded by fairy lights on the property. We would come back in a heart beat!

Breakfast location was lovely. Pool area and pool itself were both great. Our cottage was lovely and had a great outdoor area for sitting around. we did not use the kitchen etc but it looked well stocked.

Slightly more varied choice for breakfast. Ideally a place where we cold buy drinks for sitting on our balcony in the evening.

The breakfast and the staff was great. The view at breakfast was great. The food was great. Everything was great except for the fact that we were lied to and not given the room we paid for. The point was to walk out onto your terrace and see this amazing peaceful view like we were shown on the booking page, NOT THE PARKING LOT! And not the back of the place where nothing exists.

I would love to have given this place a 1 and a 10 at the same time because The room I paid for wasn't the room I got and I think that deserves a 1 especially after taking a 12 hour trip to get there. I booked a Jr suite and the pictures they have on Booking don't represent the room we got and after complaining the manager just said they were fully booked and that I did indeed have a Jr suite, which was not acceptable since ALL the pictures show a living area with a sofa bed and a terrace with killer views and instead we got a living area the size of a large closet with two armchairs and a view of the parking lot. This is just unacceptable. I showed the manager the pictures they posted and his response was "yeah we can't put all the pictures online". I told him but there are NO pictures of the room you gave us online. The place has about 7 units in total, so I don't think it's that difficult to post accurate pictures of the rooms. There's no way in hell that was a Jr suite no matter how many times he repeated it. We were given a refund of €150 (€50/night) which again was my ONLY choice to remedy the situation without having to leave the property and having to go find a new place to stay at the last second.... and still this was not acceptable in my view. There was no apology whatsoever, just an empty reassurance that we had the room we paid for.
