friendly and helpfull staff - more than you could expect.

The place is practically new. It is super clean and bed is very comfortable. It is located 5-10 min walk from nice restaurants and 15 walk from the beach. Owners (Lorenzo and his family) are the nicest people I’ve met, very helpful with any questions and provided tons of great suggestions. They even offered to pick me up from the bus station and gave a ride several times! Breakfast is great with freshly ordered croissant of your choice, nice selection of juices, yogurts and cookies and very tasty coffee drinks of your choice! Lorenzo, huge thank you for a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back!

Plenty of FREE PARKING right by hotel. The family that runs this is so nice. I don’t think you could find people that will go out of their way more to make a comfortable stay. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

This is THE place to stay for me in Pescara! The rooms and the whole house are both newly renovated and modern as well as very lovingly decorated and super clean. We felt like at home in this B&B lovingly run by a family. Breakfast can be taken in a pretty and sunny courtyard. Lorenzo was there for us the whole time and even asked us for extra requests for breakfast, which were all fulfilled! One day we came back to our room and as a surprise they had even repaired my friend's suitcase (which unfortunately had the carrying handle torn off during the trip)! The B&B is in a pleasant quiet location. You can walk to the city center, beaches, shops and restaurants from there.

Everything was perfect. Quiet location, close to the sea and local shops,cafes etc. The rooms are super clean and beautifully maintained. The family is extremely helpful, open and it simply feels like at home. Lorenzo speaks great English which is an invaluable asset. We couldn't dream of better place to stay in. Thank you all:)!

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was excellent, cereals, yogurt, croissants offered but most of all was the typical panettone - Parrozzo. Would definitely recommend this property.
