Breakfast was delicious. A good range of food and staff were very friendly.

We tried to use the pool just after 8am to go for a swim before a long flight. Unfortunately we decided not to because it was quite dirty.

The room is spacious and clean! Simply decorated as well! The location is very nice with many restaurants in the area.

The breakfast is very minimalistic and not really tasty. The pool is quite dirty and so are the pool towels. The room is super noisy - feels like the windows are open !

A localização é muito boa, estando perto de tudo, lojas, restaurantes, boutiques, praças, agregando facilidade de acesso a tudo muito perto. Gostamos do atendimento do Sr. Alejandro, excelente em tudo, fazendo de tudo para ajudar e agradar.

Café da manha muito fraco, não condizendo com o preço cobrado pela diária. A piscina estava imunda, não podendo ser usada, e o espaço ao redor da mesma mais sujo ainda. Oferecem uma taça de vinho, mas encerram a cortesia antes do horário estabelecido, deixando o hospede frustrado. Não podemos deixar malas na recepção para tomar café. Obrigando tomar o mesmo separado da esposa.

O café da manhã repetitivo, todos os dias os mesmo itens. Checkin muito tarde, as 15h, e mesmo assim o quarto não estava pronto quando chegamos.

Tucked away in Palermo, we stumbled upon a gem of a hotel that instantly caught our attention. Surrounding us, a myriad of restaurants and bars awaited, all within easy walking distance. But it was the staff who truly shone, their excellence illuminating our entire experience. Despite my struggles with the Spanish language, their patience and understanding were unwavering, adding a touch of warmth to every interaction. The hotel's charm extended even to its attached café, a perfect haven for those moments of respite. Our stay spanned four nights, during which we embraced the tranquility of the neighborhood - a peaceful oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle. And for our journeys beyond, the convenience of Uber seamlessly whisked us away to explore other corners of this vibrant metropolis. Reflecting on those days, it's the fusion of comfortable surroundings, welcoming faces, and the stories etched into the quiet streets that compose the symphony of our Palermo sojourn.

Loved the hotel. Great location, nice and tasteful decor, really comfortable bed and shower. The Sauna was exceptional too.

The breakfast service was a little bit too slow. I was on vacation so it didn't bother me that much, but on a business trip that would be an issue

Very comfortable and clean beds, nice bathroom with hot water :) super friendly staff and an overall cool place! Would recommend and return any time when in Buenos Aires!

The floor in the room below the desk and the drawers/cupboard area was a bit dusty.

The girl on the reception want to charge us the price using the official FX, when we were paying in local currency, so no need to make anything. It only stop one a collegue said to her we were right and she only need to charge the argentinian pesos, so close to a scam.
