The hotel is stylish and comfortable with a fantastic location -- both centrally located yet quiet. We appreciated the fact that bar and bar menu were open late. Staff in all parts of hotel were amazing.

The bed was a bit soft and the mattress topper moved around a lot. Bathroom was a bit tight, but had good shelf space and the shower was awesome.

Lovely old town location, lots of bars and restaurants to people watch. The hotel has a fantastic breakfast spread, comfy rooms and lovely friendly staff. It is a great place to hang out in the evening by the cocktail bar.

We loved the rooms and the buzz in the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. The location by the park surrounded by cafés, bakeries and small shops was great.

breakfast was plenty and varied, there was also a a-la-carte menu, but I did not order from it but it looked appealing. The location was excellent, about 10 min walk from the city centre, but with bus stop and metro station 1 minute walk from the hotel. Local area nice, peaceful, lots of independent shops and restaurants and cafes. From my room there was a view to a lovely internal court which was very well kept and delightfully peaceful :)

Breakfast was excellent, the room was excellent and the location was ideal as we were within walking distance of almost all of the sites that we wished to visit, and a short journey by underground from all the others. Enjoying a drink and watching the activity in Mariatorget from the little tables at the front of the hotel (outside) was such a joy.

Nothing to dislike about our visit to Rival.

Nice hotel, which was pretty good value for Stockholm. The breakfast buffet was really good, and was the ideal way to kick off each day. Well located in Sodermalm too.
