Rude unfriendly staff,especially at checking desk. Majority of security personnel were good but a couple of then had a huge chip on their shoulder. The condo accommodates investors/buyers and the staff couldn't care less about tourists. Someone padlocked my bike and when I asked why,I was told that I can't park there. No signage saying that I couldn't.

Signs everywhere saying no short stay. Room nothing like the pictures, bed unbelievably uncomfortable, torn up sofa and the whole apartment smelled awful. We did not stay the night, we had to book another room elsewhere. Safe didn't work and were explicitly told reception (two ladies at a car hire desk) won't help.

The location is great, the pool is small but serves its purpose, the building is beautiful and clean, the apartment in general look beautiful.

the room, bathroom, toilet, bed, bedsheet, bedcover, and pillows smell extremely terrible we try to deal with it by room spray but was useless. There were 2 towels old and worn out, I had to buy new towels, the kitchen was infested with ants, we deal with it by insect killer spray, also smells of junk from the trash bin as well as the washing machine It was very hard to communicate with the owner, but managed to contact them via booking.com message box, they send a house made and the bedsheet, bedcover, pillows cover and towels were changed but the odor was still there. The bed mattress, sofa couch was rickety. The couch is uncomfortable and painful sitting on it due to Coil Springs

We were with an 11-year-old girl, she didn't have a bed in the room, there was a couch with no sheets, no pillow, no blanket, no towel. And even what we asked for was not brought to us.

It was a good location, and a good price.

When we came into the building there was a sign at the reception desk saying “this is not a reception desk, please contact your host.” Then when we did get our keycard and went to the elevator we saw another sign saying “attention travelers, tourist, backpackers, this place is not a hotel, day/week rentals are not allowed.” Because of these signs I didn’t feel super welcome. The bed was super uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. The bathroom smelled like mildew, possibly because the bidet line was leaking. The power was also off for a good part of one of the days we had booked.

Great facilities (pool, gym, and sauna) and a nice modern apartment complex. Also great location.

We arrived at 10pm on the evening of check in and had been told that a key would be left for us and we would be assigned a room number in advance- this did not happen. Therefore, we had to communicate with the security at the building and ask them to phone somebody to come and give us a room key, which took 30 minutes. Communication with staff was also terrible and very slow- we asked for an extra pillow, to which we received a response 12 hours later saying they could bring it the next day, however said pillow never showed up. Also we stayed for 4 nights and the apartment was not cleaned once- we ran out of toilet paper etc and again staff were of no help about this.

only had one double bed and a mattress on the floor. not as described and didn’t even bother to reply when we complained. quite cramped.

The condo is very cool. Good gym, great pool and good location. There are many restaurants and night markets nearby. It's a 20min walk to old town. The apartment is comfortable, the bedroom is really spacious and it has a balcony. Bathroom has a shower and bathtub.

About the building: Security doesn't check who comes in. Anyone can access any floor and we saw people who were not staying in the building using the pool. The apartment: It is quite run down. The sofa is uncomfortable and not in a very good state, wallpaper is falling in some places and the knifes/ scissors didn't work at all anymore. Internet/ WiFi was also very weak to work, sometimes almost none existent. The building internet was better. Small details like having hand towels and trash bags would make a big difference. We had only 2 body towels. I really hope the host invests in the apartment. It's such a great place that it's a bitty sad to leave it this way. Overall it's a great place to spend 1-2 weeks, but if you have to work, I'd recommend using a co-working place.

Central location, very affordable for Europe standard Helpful & friendly staff. Easy check-in & check-out we did a tour with the travel agency on the 1st floor.

The appartement could be refreshed a bit, especially the wall paper.

I didn’t like the service Ton much. you have to check in downstairs with an angry lady who wants you to leave A BIG AMOUNT of cash as deposit. that has never been asked by my and obviously we didn’t have it. passport was no option. so we had to wait until room was checked on @ checkout which was stressful before the airport

the linens were below what was acceptable. the towels were very very thin. the sheet and pillowcases were very well worn and had some holes that had worn through. one sink was in need of maintenance as it would not drain properly. the place just needs a bit of an upgrade and some TLC.

gym was good condition

The mains pros of this location: great facilities including a superb swimming pool in a great location if you have a scooter or car.

The main cons: poor bedding, 2 towels provided for 3 days never changed, no cleaning services, no mop just a broom.

Excellent price! You get a one bedroom apartment in an excellent location. The apartment even has a bathtub. But you get what you pay for. This apartment is ideal for people looking for a place that is near the main night market and is very inexpensive. But again, you get what you pay for.

We booked for a week but left after the first night and didn't return. We stayed somewhere else. First, the apartment is a lot smaller and beat up than the pictures make it look like. Second, the air conditioners are ancient. The one in the bedroom makes noises like I've never heard before, like it is gasping for air, which makes sleeping kind of hard. Coldish air comes in sporadic, very loud bursts, followed by silence. Third, the apartment is not in great shape. It's not that dirty, but it's not exactly clean. A lot of obvious wear and tear. Fourth, I'm pretty sure the bed has bedbugs because I was very itchy the one night we stayed there. There were other problems but I've blocked them from my mind. We got out of there early the day after we checked in and only went back to return the keys.

Good location, free parking, convenient hair salon and 7ELEVEN nearby .. easy to go around and plenty shopping, night bazaars around.

Mattress need change .. in very bad condition! Room and bathroom/toilet need more thorough cleaning.

Tip: make sure the batteries are full for all the tv and airconditioning controllers. Everybody can walk in the building and get to each level. That is strange. The guards can not check on that.
