Everyone did their best there were some hic cups. The evening meal was not as good as I would have expected and we were continually having the ask for things to be supplied which should have been part of the meal. The waiter could speak very little English and really appeared not to have been trained properly the manager said that he was new to the job! Not a reasonable excuse at the prices being paid. The Breakfasts were acceptable but on each morning the waitress either got the table wrong or a incorrect order was delivered.

Will thoroughly recommend this place. Nice welcome, all staff were very helpful and friendly. The evening meal was delicious. Our garden room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. The sockets had USB built in. Breakfast was really lovely. Will definitely visit again.

Couldn't open the windows in the bedroom because of the road noise. No local walks along the broads.

New garden rooms very roomy and comfortable. Enjoyed our cooked breakfasts and evening meals with good specials board.

The staff on the whole were very pleasant and the food was on the whole good.

The room was a bit small with a large chair situated in front of a wardrobe, making opening the wardrobe difficult. For the money paid was ok.

Lovely peaceful place.

A very nice comfortable hotel in a nice location certainly worth its 3 stars, very friendly staff, the rooms were small but certainly adequate for the price and beautiful and clean and fresh towels etc provided every day. A Great choice of Food was available in the hotel restaurant, or in the lounge areas.

The room I stayed in was on the ground floor and I could hear the occupants of the room above walking across what sounded like creaking floor boards and talking, but I suspect that this is due to the age of the hotel not the fault of the owners. The hotel is set back from quite a busy road which can be noisy at night especially if you like to keep windows open, this didn’t bother me to much but it’s something to be aware of.
