Slechte wifi viel steeds weg erg irritant

The only thing we liked was the service provided by the girl at the reception that tried to help us with our issue Margarida if I am not mistaken. The swimming pool is not heated but is ok.

We had a very unpleasant stay to be honest we were supposed to have breakfast and dinner included but when on the arrival day when we went down for dinner the food was worse than what I used to eat at the school and very limited your choices we had to go find dinner elsewhere. We requested a refund for the breakfast and dinner as we could not trust the food in that place and we were robbed as they first tried only to offer a refund of 30eur for both nights when they had to refund us 90eur, after a lot of hassle we could only agree on a 75eur refund as they could not understand simple math.

The location, the team, the leisure area and the balcony

The hotel is quite old and in need of renovation and some repairs. There needs to be more attention to the corridor. The breakfast area is poorly distributed.

I was very disappointed as check in was at 4 pm therefore we were in queue for nearly another hour, by the time we got room was nearly 6pm & worst of all there was no parking on site or even paying & my husband was furious about the parking situation, will not go again

The facilities were great and friendly staff

Ants, ants everywhere! We know it’s hot but it shouldn’t be hard to insulate the rooms. We moved 3 times during our stay and in each room there was an ant infestation to the point I was scared to put my shoes on every morning. The staff offered me some ant spray but this would have just created a stale air to then sleep in. This was the worst part of our stay
