This hotel is for trade show purposes only and the location to the Messe couldn't be better.

The rooms were sparse and uncomfortable and the décor is horrendous. I had problems with my first room around the A/C and the assistance from the front desk was disappointing.

Staff is not friendly,Especially one tall guy with barbe. I warn you that the autopark is really expensive.24 euro per night.İf you pass the time.Each hour cost 10 euro Also in the room.Our little son cut his leg with edge of coffee table.Because it is glass and sharp.Be carefull.

too much money for much less value. rooms are very very basic. not even enough hangers to hang your shirts. gym is ok but no water dispenser to be found nearby… they don’t clean your room, they basically fix your bed

someone gave wrong room number for breakfast and lady on check out made me feel very uncomfortable,could easily have checked what went wrong and used common sense ,spoiled otherwise a fantastic stay

This is located right opposite the Exhibition centre and 5 mins by taxi to the centre of Cologne. Excellent size rooms, and great facilities with friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleaned every day.

A better value breakfast. Paying just short of 30 euros I believe to be too expensive. Apart from that it is an excellent choice of hotel.

It would be much better if the staff showed a little bit trust in visitors. I was here many times, but will be my last visit.

the restaurant is awful! rude staff that are cold and don’t smile. served stale rolls that were so hard. it was physically cold as well and dark. the food was overpriced and bad. the staff are the worst.
