Easy when you travel

Čas strávený v hotelu před odletem na dovolenou byl velmi příjemný. Personál hotelu byl velmi milý a ochotný. Pokoj byl prostorný, čistý a moderní. Nezapomenutelná je i snídaně, velký výběr a skvělé paní servírky. Při další cestě se rádi do hotelu vrátíme. :-)

Není co vytknout. Vše bylo perfektní. :-)

Location difficult. Flight delayed so no buses from the terminal after 23.00. Snow made walking difficult. Uber not allowed, and taxis unwilling to take such a short journey.

I like the convenience of the hotel when I need to travel by plane from Prague. The location is really fantastic.

The only thing worth noting is that the shower does leak a little water onto the floor. It isn't so much that I didn't like it as it is something for maintenance to address.

Hotel je necelý kilometr od letiště a poskytuje zdarma dopravu - po příletu jsme z terminálu zavolali na recepci a do 5 minut pro nás přijeli - služba je poskytována 24 hod. denně - perfektní! Velmi pohodlné postele, pěkná koupelna.

It’s very near to the terminal 1 which possible to walk or take a bus in 10 minutes.

The door from the lobby to elevator is not convenient for carry the heavy stuff and large luggage.

Fake gym. Insufficient AC and couldn't open the windows.

Celkově slabá snídaně, žádný výběr pečiva, z pečiva byl k dispozici pouze chléb ( aspoň tomu tak odpovídaly nakrájené, nedefinovatelné kousky v ošatce ).

A very nice small hotel in a central location with the best parking facilities

the rooms could not be completely darkened. the quality of the mattresses and pillows was rather lower standard. the elevator only worked temporarily, which is a bit stupid with a lot of luggage and a room on the 5th floor

Great location - within walkig distance to the terminals, included in the price is also a shuttle to them. Check-in was fast and smooth, the room eas clean and quiet. From our window, we could see the planes landing. ;-)

The air-conditioning wasn't able to really cool down the room, so it was pretty warm at night. And since the windows cannot be opened, sleeping in such environment was poor. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and it took a long time for the staff to replenish it. Overall, we were not happy with this hotel... :-(

Location and that was all

I tried to call Reception from the Terminal on their machine . I called 3 times and on each occasion there was nobody to answer I kept getting the message that Reception were busy and that I should call back later. I took the public bus and Reception told me that the machine in the Terminal was out of order. I had been told to use it by the Information desk in the Terminal A great start. Next morning I had booked a shuttle transfer to the Terminal. This was at 6am. No lights in the corridors and I ended up taking the lift down to the kitchen. I could not find the correct lift as it was so poorly lit.At no time did I feel welcome during my 1 night stay. The staff are in the wrong jobs The hotel is not worth more than 2 stars. The previous night I had spent in The Grandium. great deal better. Even there the male Receptionist was not at all welcoming

The lack of direction to the hotel. A map would be far better. We walked around in circles trying to find it.

It was just what I needed for a last day in Prague before an early flight the next morning

Nice room and restaurant. Staff at the restaurant was helpful and efficient.

Staff at the desk was unfriendly and impatient. I don't think they like their job at reception.

Comfort and proximity to airport

Always a useful option for late airport arrivals or early morning departure. 10 min walk from T1. Really nice breakfast and chilled out atmosphere.

The only unfortunate thing was checking in at 1am only to find the air con wasn't activated in the room after being 30 degrees all day. After a very warm night, that made the room very uncomfortable, may be something to take note of if you know somebody is checking in very late. Air con was quite loud when switched on so a difficult sleep all round. Also, some workmen decided to start up his grinder before 8am which was rather annoying may be some building work my end of the hotel, unlucky!

Great location, polite and helpful staff. Spacious room, generous breakfast buffet.

Very convenient from the airport. You need to call for the shuttle. There's a phone in the airport that you have to search for a bit. The young woman driver was great.
