It was close to the hospital that I needed to go very early in the morning. The staff was very nice and the rooms were comfortable.

The walls are two thin and I was unable to rest at all!! I went there to rest prior to some medical test and was not able to as the ones next door were doing all kinds of noises!! They even banged the bed and I woke from the bang on the wooden bed headboard through the wall. I must say that I called reception and they came up, however, its a pity that these thing happen at a “4-four star hotel”.

It's ok for 1-2 nights, not far from metro station, breakfasts were really good. Beds were ok. Spacious bathrooms.

Elevators- a big hotel with only 3 tiny elevators. Queues in the morning were significant. Air-conditioning - it was described what the temperature should be like to turn it on but the truth was it was hot as hell and the air conditioning did not work.

Location is more than perfect , few steps from Mundet bus station , 4 metro stops from la Rambla There is super market steps awii as well The hotel people was very supportive i sent them online shopping packages one month before my arrival and they kept them for me till i arrived😊😍

It's a good place and very well connected by metro and bus service.

The only negative is that there are no shops, even no mini market nearby, so one can't go out for a little walk and sit in a cafeteria or do small shopping at all.

Nice staff and close to metro. Quiet neighborhood. Facilities well maintained and short metro to the center of the city.

Cost to access the airport is high. Wish there was a hotel shuttle.

The hotel is nice, but I wouldn’t say it’s 4 stars, more like 3. It is however clean and comfortable and very close to Mundet metro station. The staff was very nice and friendly, our room was cleaned daily and our towels were changed. We borrowed a clothes iron several times from the reception and were given directions and recommendations every time we asked. The price was good compared to other properties.

We had a small incident at the beginning - there was a huge bug in our room when we arrived, but the receptionist changed our room immediately and I didn’t see any other bugs in the following days, so I assume it was an accident, not a general problem. Also, there was a lot of noise from the corridors in the morning, but it’s not the hotel’s fault that other guests are noisy.

Every day the room was cleaned and we got the new clean towels. The bad was comfortable, just we didn't like the pillows. It was really quiet during the night. Good location and surroundings.

Stuff on the reception was not so efficient, without smile or eye contact. They must represent the hotel and in the most hoteles that we have visited those were the top employees. For us the toilet brush is required in the bathroom. There was no toilet brush. It will be nice if TV was bigger or at least if it was a smart TV so we could connect our mobiles and watch Netflix as it wasn't already on TV. It was just one program in English France 24(news)

The room was perfect for what I was looking for. We had enough space and no issues.

The location of the hotel was a bit further out of the city than I initially thought that it would be.

The staff is very nice and helped me to receive my package. There is a supermarket nearby.

The breakfast is not good. Although L3 is very close to the hotel, it is still far from the main spots.

Very friendly staff and a nice hotel. The hotel is located in the vicinity of subway station Mundet so that access to the city is very easy. Breakfast was good and very extensive. It takes around 20 minutes or so to reach the city center and sites like the Ramblas and Sagrada Familia.

Few things in the room where a bit worn out. It is recommended to have some regular maintenance in the rooms. Think of the toilet roll holders etc. Minor disadvantages but this did not spoiled my stay whatsoever.

More a 3 than a 4 star hotel, but rooms are ok, big enoug, and clean. The bathroom is also clean and quite big. Some rooms might need to be refurbished. Convenient location
