Really warm welcome from the host. Room was perfect for our stay. Clean and comfortable and we could control the temperature, which is great for me. Breakfast was delicious and served quickly. Lovely location, beautiful surroundings and central to town with on site parking.

We enjoyed our stay at the "Cottage" very much - it's small and cozy and has everything one needs when travelling. There was even a small fridge where we could keep our food, and the bathroom was spacious (with 1 shower + 1 bathtub) Everything was clean and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from :)

The wifi connection in the "Cottage" was rather poor and the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable (we didn't expect much from it though, so that was ok)

The room was very comfortable. The waitress and host were lovely. Breakfast was excellent . The location was ideal for what we wanted to do.

Very central location ,could leave car there all weekend and walk to town centre within a few minutes . Bed comfortable. Room clean apart from dust on top of head board ,maybe I am being fussy but it wasn't cheap. Breakfast was nice and hot. Towels and bedding nice and fresh.

Although the staff were pleasant there was no personal touch ,we arrived they left within 1/2 hour never to be seen again till breakfast a different lady who was nice enough.Very early check out considering you are on holiday ,breakfast finishes at 9:30 checkout by 10am.As soon as we checked out the gentleman was gone in his car whilst we were still putting stuff in ours.The wall light didnt work and was hanging off the wall too.Felt we were left to our own devices not a lot of help and advice given.

Cottage was lovely, separate from main house with great facilities

Everything very neat and clean. Breakfast - good idea to make possible to choose beforehand. TV [if you like TV] vast in size. Teas and things in the room nice. good storage area. Plenty of light[s]. Location brill. Could access the town well and the 599 bus to take us where we wanted every 20 minutes.

There was a slight impersonality about the interactions with the staff. Expect all due to being overworked, nothing bad. Will make a difference though if I'm in the area again, I wouldn't be a loyal returner.

The breakfast was Brill being able to park up before booking in was even better

The heating in room 2 didnt come on but was fine in room nine

The cottage was fabulous, loved the facilities such as upstairs lounge, fridge etc that doubles as extra bedroom. Jacuzzi bath was lovely. Nice breakfast. Quiet peaceful location, close to town. Use of car park was good. Felt Covid safe.

Warm room but ok once we left windows open. Plug sockets needed both sides of the bed in the cottage. Dusty in places, need to check nooks and crannies for cobwebs but otherwise cleaning overall was good.
