Lovely cosey apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay in Bowness. The apartment is on a fabulous location with parking. Had everything we needed. Communication with host great

Big thanks to Gavin and Angelica, we had a wonderful staycation! Great location, clear communication, any queries responded promptly, super king size bed and extra touch of providing additional mattress for the sofa bed should we needed and a shoe mat was just perfect for rainy days.

We liked the proximity to all the shops and the flat itself was spacious and well laid out. The wi-fi was easy to use as were both televisions and the heaters and the shower was lovely and hot. We really appreciated having early access to the flat too.
We felt that the directions to the flat via the restricted access road was not the best way to the flat due to the narrowness of the road. We found it was much easier to leave via Quarry Brow which is a normal road.

Property close to pubs and restaurants. Grocery store just yards away. Excellent location. Apartment very roomy with large comfy bed. Kitchen well equipped. Large television with lots of channels.
Only a minor detail - sofa and chair very low but still comfortable - just took a couple of goes to stand up but this is not a complaint.

The apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was superb with cafes, bars, restaurants and shops close by to amazing places to walk, relax and view.....the surrounding scenery was breathtaking.

This property is a well appointed, comfortable apartment in a great position in one of the best towns on Windermere. We had everything we needed, it was comfortable and spacious.
The apartment is in a block of many, with no views except car parks and the back of restaurants and bins.

There is only 1 lock on the front door. This is a personal preference and nothing to do with the owners, but knowing the sofa bed my daughter was sleeping on was closer to the door with 1 lock than the bedroom didn't help. Would have prefered the second lock to be working.

the property location was brilliant, and perfect for a small family. The apartment had washing machine, to which was a god send with have a toddler. The bed a massive too.
Fire exit door in living area door handle cud be higher so kids and toddlers can’t open it. with it being alarmed

Great location just a few steps away from the local high street with shops and restaurants. Very comfortable and clean flat with all the facilities we could ask for and free parking was available in the car park outside the accommodation block. The hosts were very good with communication and had the flat ready for arrival before the stated booking in time.

An older apartment but kept very well. Warm and cosy and close to town, comfortable bed and lounge area to relax in at the bed of a long day, even watch one of the DVD supplied. Loved we had a car space and washing machine was a bonus.
