breakfast was amazing

the room was not sound proof, sometimes it was felt like person on the 2nd floor was in our room as we clearly heard their footsteps. and water was not quite hot in bathroom and shampoos were just terrible.

The hotel was well below the standard of an Holiday Inn. It needs renovating and updating. It is worn-out and damaged. The staff was cold and not welcoming.

1. I liked the location of the hotel. 2. Beds were comfy. 3. Bathroom was clean (with a mold on the silicon floor, but otherwise clean). 4. Most of the staff were helpful and nice.

1. Very RUDE staff member, who worked in the bar, and was serving food in the hotel restaurant too. He was rude to many people, during a few days stay. 2. Food is awful! Tomato soup tastes like cheap spaghetti sauce from the jar. On top of that, you have to wait for it, like in Michelin's star restaurant (even though there are in total 5 other customers in the restaurant), for ex. we've waited 30 minutes for dessert (just dessert). 3. Window to the outside world was dirty, like someone would poor muddy water on the glass (check image). In conclusion, it is not worth to eat there, food is very bad. If you're lucky, you will not meet a rude barman. people at reception are not informing you about restaurants, times and availability, unless you ask. Go elsewhere, unless you really have to.

Good bed Good breakfast! The room was slightly dated. Could've used a deep clean. But was comfortable enough. Staff very pleasant.

The rooms weren't the cleanest and the woodwork was dated. If it was your house you'd change it. Needs some TLC

Bed very comfortable and room quiet. Also good food and staff very friendly and attentive. Plenty of parking.

Near local supermarket, motorway and pubs. Bar area clean, tidy. rooms spacious and adequate for stay.

When leaving, charged a member of the party for the stay, although balance had already been paid, via booking.com. HOWEVER, this was quickly refunded when proof was provided of payment.

Good location and parking.

The restaurant staff at breakfast were not happy. Breakfast itself wS good although there was a shortage of bread.
