It was clean, all the staff were absolutely lovely, they was there if you needed help, the room was lovely, and the breakfast was great!

The accommodations were immaculate, the bedding was comfortable, and the personnel were both professional and courteous. I would wholeheartedly endorse the establishment. Your expectations will be exceeded. Truly exceptional.

Albert was very helpful when having breakfast and the breakfast was very tasty, especially the waffle machine. The room was also very spacious

And the location was close to the design outlet and the station, but it was very far from everywhere else

Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Cornwall, das Hotel liegt auf dem Weg, wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, es gibt vegane Milchersatzvarianten , finde ich super sehr ruhige Zimmer, bequeme Betten , freundliches und aufmerksames Personal der Parkplatz direkt am Haus, alles bestens , kann ich weiterempfehlen

für längeren Aufenthalt wäre es mir zu zentral Ashford ist nicht sonderlich attraktiv, super für eine Nacht oder GEschäftsreisende

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und gut organisiert. Das Zimmer ist qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Lage ist zentral. Der Gästeempfang war freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere Albert und sein Team haben zu einem an sich schon sehr guten Frühstücksangebot eine sehr herzliche Stimmung verbreitet und zur guten Laune beigetragen.

Einziges Manko für mich war das im Zimmer (Raum 103) permanente, deutlich vernehmbare Brummen (vermutlich der Rückkühlungsanlage), das nur für die Zeit zwischen 22 Uhr und 5 Uhr morgens abgestellt wurde.

Over all very enjoyable stay . crispy bacon always a winner good breakfast could do with a few tweeks

Parking charges were quite expensive . Sausages on breakfast could do with changing No freshly squeezed orange juice

Not enough options for breakfast. Only scrambled egg. That doesn’t cater for people who don’t like oils or milk in their food. Parking needs to be managed well

That they took an extra fee for the room only by CC , and i don't have one. It was solved but taking a deposit on a prepayed room for only 1 night felt bit outdated and had to go out to take cash. Not very welconing. This would never happen in Europe.

Convenient to visiting family

I like the location. The place is very clean. Staff are very helpful and well trained! I would like to say thank you to the Chinese staff who work in the breakfast session. Very friendly and responsive.

If the customer can enjoy the free parking facility, that would be perfect!

I was rather taken aback about the car parking charge, I am registered disabled so found paying for the car park a little upsetting, I displayed my blue badge in the car throughout the stay..
