Very good property in Ashford. Quick and easy to get to Canterbury.

Bed sofa and maybe needs some fans was very hot in there

I work away alot and it's nice to be able to cook a nice meal instead of takeout all the time

Nothing i didn't like a great home away from home

Lovely views from apartment

The apartment was clean and everything was brand new. Spacious and very homely, almost like a home away from home. Will definitely be using again if ever in the area and would recommend to others. The host is also very responsive.

I genuinely don't have a bad word to say about the apartment.

Apartment was modern and clean. It had everything we could need. The host kindly left us a nice welcome pack with milk, bread, coffee and tea which was a lovely surprise. The free WiFi was great and I was able to work with no issues at all.

I like the fact that the property is recently refurbished and has absolutely everything that a person might need during their stay. Internet was quite good and I used it for work.

The check-in process was extremely complicated. Firstly, the host was 90m late with the instructions and only sent them after I had arrived at the property. Tried calling them 3 times while I was waiting, but no answer. Second, the key was supposed to be picked up from the other side of town in a drop-off/pick-up postbox, which was 2m away and driving there in rush hour was a nightmare. Imagine if you don’t drive and you need to go there to pick them up. Thirdly, The parking instructions weren’t clear either and it is very complicated to get from the underground parking to the actual apartment, as you need to change lifts and the stairs don’t take you anywhere. The heating wasn’t working the first night and I had to find out myself how to turn this on. The smell of fresh paint wasn’t pleasant.
