Great nights stay. Bar and restaurant were nice. Rooms neat and tidy. Off street parking. Tiles in bathroom were cracked but otherwise great stay

The lovely lady on reception could not have been more welcoming and helpful. She was at breakfast the following morning. She couldn’t do enough for us.

The elevator, spiders in the bed, food was terrible, unfriendly musician in the restaurant, and obviously sectarianism.

The location is very quiet. The main road is just far enough away to mute traffic noise. The Inn itself has a "welcoming/comfortable" atmosphere that warrents a special mention - so many try hard to achieve it and don't suceed. Breakfast excellent and ample enough for a giant!
There were no tooth glasses in the bathroom - not a fatal error but "boo" to housekeeping.

Staff were all so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Great cooked breakfast and we had evening meal there twice which was also lovely.

The property was quite small and cosy. The staff were top notch, so friendly and made you feel very welcome, especially Mary on Reception. The food was delicious and great service. I will definitely return.

Reasonable menu choice to select from. The full Irish breakfast was very tasty. Semi rural location but still close to Derry.
A minor point is that the room did not have much of a view.

Friendly attentive staff, a delicious breakfast after a long lie-in in our lovely room - what more could anyone ask for!!

Room was cold, damp on the walls,looked like a sex dungeon red walls and full length mirrors seedy motel vibes

No bar so friends could not join us for an evening drink.
Restaurant was very accommodating for a large group of 18 for a meal but menu was limited

The lift, never saw one like it before. You had to hold down the no.floor you wanted! Imagine a few ppl in there all stood holding buttons.

I liked it because the people are very friendly and helpful. We had the bathroom licking because of their heavy rain that day and they changed us to another room and gave a dinner free. Just loved and will definitely stay there again when I'm back in Derry again.
We had to change rooms sometimes because of the infrastructure but the staff was very friendly and helpful
