Room very clean. We appreciated a kettle in room.

I stayed for one night in a room for one person. The room was perfect. The hotel is very quiet, there was no noise from the road or anything else. The building is charming spacious with high ceilings. The room was clean and well equipped. The welcome was friendly ! Thank you ! It was perfect !

This hotel is disgusting dirty, should get a real check on hygiene standards. It should be maximum a hostel category ,nothing else.

The property is clean, well run, and very convenient to public transportation. Everything was as I expected.

Loved being in the main villa with a view over the garden. This location was perfect for me and the things I wanted to do while in Geneva.

It would have been good to be able to make myself a cup of tea, in the room or downstairs.

There is plenty of parking and located within walking distance Old Town. The hotel also provides pass to rides the city transportation (bus, subway and tram) for FREE!!

the rooms were neat and tidy and our room overlooked greenery which was pleasant! it was also nice and quiet at night.

the bathroom was a lot smaller than expected, nearly the size of an airplane bathroom but since we were staying for two nights only, we didn't see it as such a big issue. the beds can easily be moved, and sometimes shift around at night due to us stirring

The location in a park is amazing, i was looking for peace and nature. I didnt have breakfast, but I had a big balcony to create my own. My specific room was not modern, except the bathroom, but very big and comfortable. No AC. Thank you

I had exceptionally hot days, tropical, so AC would have been great. I think at normal times AC is not needed...THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL.

Interesting property

They take money as deposit ..they take more money when you arrive. It takes about 10 days to get deposit back. Could potentially lead to going overdrawn and getting bank charges or your account being blocked

The staff was very nice to help us switch rooms when we noticed one of the adjoining rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately the room we didn't switch continued to smell and made the bathroom basically unusable.

We ended up having to switch hotels all together and since I prepaid for our stay, have not received a refund for 3 nights we didn't use. All the rooms are nonsmoking, and since its Europe some people take that more as a suggestion than a rule so our concerns weren't taken all that seriously.
