C'était vraiment parfait ! Un gros plus pour la décoration de la chambre, avec ce magnifique tableau accroché au plafond, expérience artistique garantie...

10 minutes by foot from the train station, in a great location. Very clean. Small, only 40 some rooms. Breakfast was overseen by a very personable proprietor. Great value by comparison to the 5 star spots surrounding it.
Old school mechanical lock system means your neighbor can barge in unintentionally, if you forget to latch your door with the key. Rooms facing the main street can be noisy throughout the night. No bar or restaurant (other than for breakfast). To be fair there are spots right next door.

I would very much recommend this hotel, located just minutes away from so many things to see and do. The staff was first-rate, and they gladly made reservations for us at local restaurants as well as researched ferry schedules. The breakfast was superb, with omelettes and other breakfast eggs available. Nothing bad to say at all about this hotel, and so much to recommend. Loved it!

Room was excellent, facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly,courteous and helpful..
The proprieter was at breakfast every morning and was engaging and waited on everyone. My only complaint was that as a vegan there was little choice, i had fruit and toast which was fine, I had black coffee which was fine, but I thought there would be plant milks i.e. oat milk and perhaps mushrooms or tomatoes on toast, but it seemed eggs and omlette with cheese and ham was the order fo the day....
See above. I don't want to complain becasue the hotel was great and eveyone helpful and friendly... However,I don't think generally Geneva is the most vegan friendly city. Lots of cheese and meat and chocolate - but this is the whole city not just the hotel...

The staff are very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and everything is available in it. The breakfast was healthy, clean and delicious. The place is very close to the river, the supermarket, restaurants and other facilities
The lack of a shower for the bathroom and the small space of the room bothered me

the property is in a great location. Walking distance from the Geneve railway station and all major eateries and grocery stores. It's a family owned hotel and the owners are always there to help. It should be rated 5 star, it's a hotel but feels like home.
Breakfast was amzing and you have differently style of eggs cooked to choose from.
They even helped us with the luggage.
Decor was impeccable and details were amazing.
Hosts are so warm and took care of all out needs.
I literally can't thing of anything.
