i liked the atmosphere and the green area around my room

the staff were not friendly and they didnt know english very well. breakfast was not good

Максимально комфортный отдых, очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый персонал. Вкусные, каждый день разные завтраки. В нашем домике была своя сауна.

Nice hotel, we were in a mesonette, it was spacious and quiet. Very nice detail was they checked in a bit earlier, and they allowed us to use the facilities the rest of the day after checking out. The VIP area with the outside pool and lounge area is great. There is a bar and they also serve you lunch there if you wish. One of the best part is we had free access to the nearby Aquapark.

The breakfast was ok, but kind of a small reataurant and it was getting crowdy. Last order is taken at 20:00 and no other options to dine around. The bathroom needs renovation, the sliding door of the cabine was not possible to close. The inside pool and aqua area is quite nice, but it was really overcrowded so we didn't finally go.

Very bad service, nothing like there don’t stay anyone worst hotel ever seen in Armenia

Saavuimme aamuyön puolella ja henkilökuntaa ei löytynyt mistään vaikka ilmoitin myöhäisestä saapumisesta. Ovet oli kyllä auki ja puhelimella saatiin joku kiinni

The property is not bad considering the water park .But it’s always crowded by guest and locals and do the water is not very clean .The water slide was closed.

Their service and attitude was the worst I’ve seen in the hospitality business .Just staff with bad attitude who care less.The receptionist Sherman who I met on day one snd 2 was very sweet.The nightmare was that the Aircon in my room didn’t work all 3 days.I complained and their attitude was disgusting.The first day we were very tired from not sleeping on flight so just crashed .The second day we just could not sleep and they gave us a fan which they thought they were doing me a favor .They moved us to another room at night so we had to repack and move.Again the same issue ,the lady came and somehow got it to work at 10pm but the thermostat was a mess.By the time the room cooled decently was around 1 am.I actually slept in the floor on a comforter as that was a bit cool on the floor.I asked them for a refund or at least do something to compensate.They wee like we have already done enough giving you a fan and changing your room.I recommend if you are not going to use the indoor or outdoor park a few attractions do not work ,do not book this hotel .The breakfast was decent but the staff and attitude is the pits and the rooms always have issues like in my case one light was not working,the safe key was lost so we had to keep our passports and cash and move around with it

The room is too big (yes, too big) while the bathroom is too small. It's a bit pricey for the stay.
