Quiet location away from tourist and town centre, but still not too far away. Bardolino town centre was less than a 10 minutes walk, we really enjoyed a nice stroll back to our hotel in the evening after a huge dinner. There also a supermarket nearby within walking distance. There is a bus stop few mins walk away from the hotel that takes you everywhere - really convenient! Breakfast was excellent! Lots of choices and even offered to cook us eggs (made in anyway you want) and bacon. There was also an excellent view of the pool and lake from the breakfast room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we had so many questions about travelling around the lake since it was our first visit. The lady at the front desk bent over backwards to help me find bus and ferry schedules and offered lots of travel advice. We had an excellent huge room with a huge bathroom, although we were facing the main road, we were not disturbed by any noises. The rooms were cleaned daily.

I have no complains about our stay at all. It was perfect!

Air con wasn’t strong enough and was a pain sometimes when the windows were shut it would still say they were open so wouldn’t work. Slightly out of town The shower wouldn’t drain properly so flooded the bathroom

One thing only: We are an older couple and stayed for 4 nights. Had to check out by 10.30, but wanted to start travelling by 13 hours. We were not allowed to stay in the pool area to bridge that short period. Did not come over as very hospitable.
