The studio units are too small

Good location, quiet . Room well laid out. Clean.

Location is very convenient for mount hutt and for Ōpuke thermal pools.
Big space lovely staff
Bed heaters wasn’t working properly
Room heaters was very old and not worked properly.
Washing machine was very dirty.
Food was not quality enough as expected to the price
Power was capped so couldn’t use two bathrooms at once.

Great location close to town, the view of the mountains from our room was spectacular. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall very clean, had everything we needed.
Nice spas on site
The linen- small towels. The beds had no cover on the duvet and there were bloodstains, yucky satin bedspreads. Toilet paper was thin/cheap stuff.

The location was excellent.
Lovely village feel. Great for the large group we were part of

I liked how i could take my dog with us and how it it a laundry and kitchen
Had to clean the dryer before use and i know we were there off peak but it would be nice to have the restaurant open for breakfast or dinner.

Great location, close to town.
Room was not what was advertised, no patio and a poor response from staff when this was questioned.

Very central to everything. Clean and was nice not to have to pay to use the laundry.
I never got to actually see anyone.
I arrived at 1.30pm which is classed as late arrival. Would have been nice just to see a face. Also we had a lot of rain and it flood just where my door was so ended up with wet shoes and feet. Maybe need to look at fixing that problem.

Great restaurant food, great staff, great room with a view
The two single beds were very uncomfortable for my daughters and springs in bed caused them to have really bad sleeps.

Easy check-in: good parking outside our warm unit. Good little kitchen and laundry. Great restaurant and wine list.
Not keen on using the spa so close to the dining room windows. Could it be screened off? Awkward toilet seat too small for the pan, and would not stay up.

and within walking distance. Very quiet.
